I don’t usually write reviews, but this truly ruined my day. Placed the order to go at 5:30 pm to avoid the chaos and came to pick up at 7pm. I did not end up leaving until almost 9pm.
I was told that they somehow lost our order after they told us it was being bagged up. When I finally received my order half of the food was missing. I get home and my steaks aren’t even cooked. I asked for ALL of them to be cooked well done. It looked fine on the outside, but when we got home and cut it— it was bloody and red.
Only one worker seemed to provide a good service. Everyone else was in the back on their phones, eating, etc.
I am beyond upset and I understand it is a busy holiday, but this is why I placed the order in advance. Seems like they only “remade” the steaks by placing it in the grill for less than 5 minutes then bagged it up.
I can only hope they improve their service next time. Except for the kind young man.
I placed an order to pick up at 6:00pm on Valentine’s Day. We arrived at 6:00 and texted that we’re here. Got a text saying my order wasn’t ready yet but they would text me and for us to stay in the car. We waited in the car for 75 minutes for our order with the baby in the car. I’ve spoken with the manager, waited in line and on the phone. No one could tell us where our order was or when it would be ready. This is extremely frustrating because they could have stopped letting people send in orders and they could have communicated that our order would be that late on valentines!!!

I want to personally recognize Yissell. She is the best waitress we have ever had at Texas Roadhouse. I also want to thank Manager Hanna for taking care of our only issue tonight. Great place. Great service! Bread could use a little attention. All 5 baskets on the counter were over cooked. Other than that everything else was a solid 5 star rating.

Stuffed us in this small room that was way to cold. Felt like we were in the overflow lot. There was plenty of seating. My steak had to go back very fatty and had some vains running through it. Had to send it back got another that wasn't much better but I was hungry. In my opinion the manager should have made it right. She was a young lady who i guess didn't know any better. The potato skins were not cooked properly. The cheese wasn't even melted. No tomato sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Also being in that ice box of a room all the food got cold almost as soon as it hit the table. Very bad experience for a good place. But i guess that's what happens when you leave Kids in charge. Very disappointed.

We like sitting at the bar! This was our first visit to the Burleson location, and I prefer this location much more! The decibel level at the Mansfield location is too much sometimes!
The bartender was extremely friendly, and attentive. I ordered the Ft. Worth Ribeye steak ( medium rare), buttered corn, and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. The steak was great, cooked perfectly, but the potatoes were a bit watery. The manager swapped it out immediately.

We were there Saturday night and sat at the bar, Alex and Ty served us. Great service by the way, they were on it. Steak was good, except on one of the salads, my honey's there were eggs when he asked for none, he had to pick them out and along he found a long hair. He has short hair. It was imbedded in the salad. He took it out and I told him to mention to wait staff, he did not. Needless to say he continued to eat the salad. We come there quite a bit. Never had an issue. Hopefully I can hear from someone.

I am done with ordering steak. I don’t understand why cooks can’t cook steaks to order. It never fails that when we go out for steak and I order mine medium rare and he orders his well that I always end up with mine overcooked and I give it away. So not only did I have to pay extra for the bone a person cannot eat, which was insulting ,but couldn’t eat the steak as well. I think they focus too hard on getting stuff to the table at the same time instead of focusing on how one wants to eat your steak. Plus the music was so loud, we couldn’t even talk at the table.
