Terrible seating and demeanor of hostesses! We called ahead, were on time, and were put off! They treated us rudely when we had questions around seating order, even though we were nice and just not understanding what to do. Why have “on deck” areas if you do not use them?!! Very disappointing and have NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS at any other Tx Roadhouse location, consequently, we will not be back!

I was not impressed. Steak had no flavor. Only good thing was the fried onion and the rolls. Not worth the price.

I usually come here every once in a while I was going to the original location off of 820 but this is closer and I couldn’t wait till they open but for some reason I go this day and the food quality and quantity was just unacceptable. I called. To speak with a manager, they placed me a hole for approximately 10 minutes. I hung up. I called again. They asked me would I like to call tomorrow to speak to the manager after I address the issue that I had going on to the point that I had to just drive up there And get this situation taken care of let’s just say this is all unacceptable. It should’ve been done right the first time

The filet was very good! They also followed my special request for no seasoning on the meat. I didn't approve of serving the corn in a chipped container. They're not supposed to due to food borne illness from bacteria and possible porcelain or glass in the food. So, I avoided the corn. The rolls were excellent and came with a sweet cinnamon butter. Maybe you need to ask for regular butter? I prefer regular but I didn't ask for any. We had the combo appetizer with potato skins, jalapeno cheese and boneless wings. It was pretty good. It's not as expensive as other steak restaurants and was good for a decent meal. The restroom was clean and stocked which is always appreciated. It was busy even for a rainy evening and with how budget friendly it is I can see why. Our server was very nice and attentive. It is noisy, and it looks like they have a good bar with several sports on the televisions. So, if you're more of a rowdy crowd type, this is the place.

Just had dinner at the Burleson Texas Roadhouse. Our server was Cathryn. I have eaten at many Roadhouse restaurants over the years and the food and service was always exceptional. This evening was no different. The steaks were perfect. Our sides were delicious. The service from Cathryn was wonderful. She kept up with everything we needed often without us asking. We definitely enjoyed dinner here and will be back.

To go order.... Missing items, no bag provided for my family order only for half of my order. That was fun jungle to the car. I asked for heinz 57, and the guy at the to go window said, " I don't know what that is" ; "is that like hot sauce?" I should have asked for management

It seems the price of butter is more expensive than customer experience.

I am usually generous with five stars when service and quality meet expectations, but my last 3 recent visits have left me frustrated and questioning the value being provided. Highly disappointed.

I have dined-in once and ordered from the To-Go app/window twice in the last 2 months. I've ordered steaks, various sides and rolls each time.

The To-Go staff and waitress inside were all friendly, helpful & polite.

The To-Go orders were both late (one 40 minutes late).

The ridiculously skimpy portions of honey butter served in the small cups instead of the larger tubs like every other Texas Roadhouse's provide feels cheap. (I suggest the book Give'em the Pickle! by Bob Farrell)

Would love to see this location thrive.

Would give a zero rating if I could this is the last time I'll visit this restaurant this time they served me a dirty cup of soda service was terrible when told about the glass the server just laughed the manager only wanted to take the cup of soda off my tab then called me a liar about being a veteran Even though I was wearing my veteran hat would not recommend going to this restaurant

The bread, baked potato and meat were cold.
They replaced the potatoes, but this time they weren't done.
Won't be going back there
