I ordered a family meal of steaks which i asked for well done and they were basically rare. They left out the salad the nice kid at the front said he would get it i waited with my hot food 15 min for the salad to be done. And my potatoes were supposed to come with bacon bits and they were left out . Just tired of paying and not getting my order correct

Steak over cooked, grilled mushrooms cold. Baked sweet potato wouldn’t even melt butter. Corn was good.
As usual Texas Roadhouse didn’t disappoint. It’s still over priced crappy restaurant. No wonder their on the list of restaurants going under.

My meal and server were excellent. That's not the problem. My fiance is a Veteran and are meal was over 75.00. When they applied his military discount it only applied to his meal only. So all together with the 20% gratuity that we weren't given an option for, our meal was a little over 100.00 and he was given 2.98 off his meal. Very disappointed with the disrespect he was shown.

Server disappeared for almost 30 minutes after we got our drinks that were wrong. When the food came out it was just dropped off while everyone had empty cups. My daughter reminded me I never got my salad. When I told the server I never got my salad just said sorry then came back later and offered a side to go after I was almost done.
I did exactly what was commented by Texas Road House and never heard anything. Been back a few times. This is definitely the worst roadhouse location.

Terrible seating and demeanor of hostesses! We called ahead, were on time, and were put off! They treated us rudely when we had questions around seating order, even though we were nice and just not understanding what to do. Why have “on deck” areas if you do not use them?!! Very disappointing and have NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS at any other Tx Roadhouse location, consequently, we will not be back!

I usually come here every once in a while I was going to the original location off of 820 but this is closer and I couldn’t wait till they open but for some reason I go this day and the food quality and quantity was just unacceptable. I called. To speak with a manager, they placed me a hole for approximately 10 minutes. I hung up. I called again. They asked me would I like to call tomorrow to speak to the manager after I address the issue that I had going on to the point that I had to just drive up there And get this situation taken care of let’s just say this is all unacceptable. It should’ve been done right the first time
