The food at Texas Roadhouse is always great, whether dining in or picking up to-go orders! Marquest is very professional and always nice. The staff and service are awesome every time. My only small complaint is the tiny cup they give for drink orders with carryout, but everything else is đŸ€ŒđŸŸ!

The food was good. It's Texas Roadhouse so not top tier, but a good meal.

Our waitress was very good. Very attentive, but the food was slow coming out. Also, I am strongly against the table tablet that you pay. Also, the lack of a paper receipt is a detterent. All this together made the service experience mediocre.

The atmosphere is a loud steakhouse. Nothing negative but nothing wow about it. Facility was clean.

Packed Sunday night! But we were seated in 10min. Food on the table in 20min. Steak is the Best I have had anywhere. Loaded Baked Potato 10 outta 10. 5 🌟s.

We talked to the host and told us to stand at deck 1, after waiting for about 5-10 minutes, tables that had come in after us that were the same party size were sat before us. We went back to the stand to ask about it, and she had put us in the system after us waiting for 5-10 minutes not being in the system. We were sat and understandably the restaurant was busy and so we assumed our server was busy as well. The table next to us had their drinks and order taken before us even thought they were sat after us, after we asked the server that was taking care of the table next to us who’s our server and was told “I am give me a sec” and shortly returned after. We weren’t expecting good service at this point and was given no greeting or nothing. I understand being a busy server but with the negative attitude, on top of being served after a table that was sat after in the same section of our server, and waiting at the host stand with out being in the system, we just no longer wanted to eat there. It’s understandable to be busy but the situation could’ve been handled by the server instead of coming to us after she took care of the other table with a negative and unwelcoming attitude.

It has been a long day after spending the whole weekend at retropalooza in fort Worth. The interns had did very well in sales for the weekend and we decided to celebrate at Texas Roadhouse.

This is where the celebrations ended. Unfortunately from the get-go it was doom from the start.

We'll start off by saying before we sat down I inquired about the prime rib and the available rarities. I was told that if I ordered before I sat down that I would get their cut that I wanted as they were all available.

Fast forward to us being at the table. We all place our orders and everything seems to be going to plan so far.

The interns and I recap the evening and then as we started to notice food coming out we were informed that one of the items for Brian was not cooked properly and would have to be remade. Unfortunately for this item it was a long cook item so it's going to be another 15 minutes or so.

Coincidentally, The prime rib that I had ordered at rare came out at medium. I immediately called to have it returned and a proper prime rib sent out. By the time management came back to readdress a second issue as they had addressed it with the burger. I was informed that the cut rarity I was looking for was no longer available.

We went ahead and canceled the prime rib as the rest of the table had already ate all their food. I went ahead and shared some of the medallions my wife had received as she didn't eat at all as it was cooked improperly as well but did not want to hassle for all the issues we already having.

The worst part was this was early in the evening before the rush so I'm not sure where the issues came in.

Usually we at Texas Roadhouse in Austin. Maybe this location is just built different.

We went ahead and paid for our tab and we left.

The 16oz sirloin was to die for, absolutely melted in your mouth. Had a sweet potato, perfect for the steak.
