Why is this the worst Texas Roadhouse? Every time I have gone the steak isn’t cooked evenly, like one side is overcooked and the other is raw. Then they are always running out of things.. first burgers and then they ran out of mashed potatoes and only brought some for just my husband and didn’t bring the rest of ours. The food took so long to come out. Just a bad way to spend my Sunday night. I rather drive down by Haltom then come back here.

This is a newer location. Their staff like bei.g there. You can tell how friendly and genuine they are. Going here is worth the price. Must try their bread. It is complimentary. And place order some steak, because it is a steakhouse. 😊

I ordered from the app the 11oz sirloin. It was supposed to be ready at 7:30. I text here at 7:20 not ready, 7:35 not ready, 7:50 not ready 7:55 went to the window and it was done 35 min ago at 7:22. They never hit the “ pick up now “ text to me. The food was cold and even worse my 11oz med rare turned into a 4.7oz sirloin well done !! I know they are “new” and busy but dang two wrongs in a row?! I’m sure going in would be better and able to correct faster than me coming back. But after a 12 hr shift I just want to pick and go home.

To go order: everything was great. Had a 18 min drive home. Everything was still warm and it was all very fresh. Quick 5 min in a 350 oven made it awesome. Only negative was a 5pm quoted time and wasnt ready until 515. Keyle was awesome at the to go counter.

I was very excited for this restaurant to open in the area, but the experience was terrible from start to finish. Our waiter, Gregory, was inattentive and rarely checked on us. It took an excessive amount of time to receive bread and drink refills. We ordered two filets but were instead served two sirloins. When we pointed out the mistake, we were oddly asked if we wanted filets—of course we did, as that’s what we ordered.

It took 45 minutes to receive the incorrect meals, and then another 30 minutes after the filets were reordered. At that point, I asked for the order to be packaged to go because the experience had completely ruined the evening. Once I got home, I discovered there was only one filet in the to-go order instead of two.
The waiter said both orders would be comped, but that never happened—only a price adjustment was made. I left feeling extremely disappointed. I also called the manager after getting home, and he said he would provide a voucher, which never happened.

This restaurant is far from inexpensive, and despite apologies from both the waiter and manager, neither seemed genuinely concerned. I will not be returning and would give zero stars if that were an option. Overall, a very frustrating experience with poor customer service.

This is our 2nd time at this location and we weren't too impressed. The waitress took to long to bring us rolls and our chicken fried steak was alot smaller than usual. Waitress was also rushed and ready to check us out. So disappointed as this is our favorite restaurant.

After the experience I had last night on Christmas Eve I will never visit this restaurant again. I can understand some things but the bartender had a clear bad attitude and absolutely no help from management. Waited 20 to order then wait an additional hour to receive our food which was cold. No one was available to receive a complaint. Next year I recommend closing the doors on Christmas Eve, clearly not capable of providing a mid experience.

Texas Roadhouse has been one of my fav spots to eat, but this new location is very bad. Came here for the second time after having a bad first experience and this second time was worse. Wait time on food is usually long which I don’t mind, but I do mind having to wait that long and having my food served cold and under cooked twice. Both times our waitress never paid attention to us .I had to get up to get my own sauces and ask the ppl that clean the tables to bring us rolls and more drinks after sitting there for at least 1 hour no “exaggeration “. I’m usually very patient and even then never complained. When I asked them if they could reheat and cook my food a bit more they never came back or brought me my food back😅. Once I told them I was ready to pay they tried to bring us our steaks by then we had been there almost 2 and a half hours. Once I paid I didn’t put a tip on my card because I like leaving cash. Before I could get up or say anything the waitress rushed to the table slammed the bill on the table and told me make sure you leave a cash tip. This after she never bothered to check on us for 2 and a half hours. She took us a refill once and that was it ,we asked for rolls and got them after our food. An hour later that’s cause we asked the guy that cleans table to bring us some. If I have to be honest this place is trash and the ppl in the kitchen need to get it together both times we have gone our food is cold and under cooked. I can understand a steak because it’s harder to cook but serving cold mashed potatoes ,corn ,Mac and cheese is something else. Thankfully my kids food has always been good,but they always just get chicken tenders. Idk what the issue is ,but if I’m being honest I’m beginning to think it’s cause we’re Hispanic , I’m always very generous and polite and tip really well ,but here they just always seem to avoid us idk if it’s a race thing or they assume we’re not gonna tip cause we are Hispanic or what the issue is ,but it sure feels like it. It’s only happened to me at this location. I will have to start driving far out again to get a good roadhouse steak like we usually do. So much for having a roundhouse near our community😕😕 really disappointed cause I was excited they had finally opened a good restaurant in our area…

Let me just tell you if you haven’t visited the steakhouse you’re missing out. Not only is the service always great but the food has been amazing every time. I feel like this is a really good solid representation of what a good steakhouse should be. I ordered the 11 ounce sirloin cooked medium. It came out perfectly true medium. We will definitely be back!

Food was good. Service was good. Grace was our waitress and she did a super job. Hamburger was very good. My husband got the chicken fried steak and it was one of the best I've ever had. Not stringy or chewy. Very tender and flavorful.

I think they need to retrain the cooks. Our steak was WAY overcooked and my daughter’s burger was raw! The waitress was amazing though, no tea or shade towards her, she was very apologetic and got us the manager right away. They only discounted the steak and burger which I guess is ok but we shouldn’t have had to pay for a raw burger. I wouldn’t go to this location if you have other options.
