I took my children here to experience just how incredible their pancakes are. The Beacon did not disappoint:) Upon entering, I was greeted immediately with a smile and was attended too upon sitting down. Everyone was incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome!
I ordered the Pineapple Upside Down pancakes and they literally were the best things on earth! My boys both sampled the cinnamon roll pancakes and loved them! The presentation on the Smiley Face pancakes for kids was the cutest thing ever.

Great place. Great staff. Chef C is amazing. She keeps things fresh and clean. Our family has become weekend regulars and seeing the level of care that goes into not only the food but the place itself, is pretty great. Chef brought a dish out ,noticed a leaking juice container and immediately started cleaning it up. Most would of delegated something like this to other staff but that level of dedication to things shows how much they all care about this place. It might seem trivial to some but again, most Chefs wouldn't taken the time as they would see that task as beneath them. The entire staff there genuinely cares about this place and ifs customers. You know it's got to be like 200 degrees while the cooks stand behind the grills and skillets at the omelet and pancake stations making personalized orders, yet they're are smiling and perfectly making whatever craziness our kids throw at them.
Same for their wait staff. Hard working and quick.
Much love and respect to this place. As our area grows I hope they are able to grow with it and still maintain the family atmosphere they have going on here.
