First time we went here it was great and our waitress was great. Second time they wouldn't allow us to use the menu and made us have the buffet. I agreed reluctantly since I have had weight loss surgery. Good was good but the price was ridiculous! Waitress took her time getting to us so we could order drinks so we didn't get drinks until after we were done eating. Coffee was ungodly hot! It was too expensive for breakfast. $40 for breakfast for 2 is just too much.

Someone in our group ordered a Migas meal $14 I believe and another ordered a meal like $11. Then the both ordered a side of sliced avocado that a couple weeks ago it was extra $4. TODAY it was $7.99!!!! 2 teas was $8.00!!!!! The highest we’ve ever paid for tea!!! One of the people got the basic breakfast and wanted a pancake and it was up charge $1.99!! Then when her food came out she thought she’d get toast too (she thought the $1.99 was the cost of a pancake!!). The waitress said no it was an up charge and if you got both it would be $3.59!!!! We won’t be back our tab was $70 PLUS tip! PS we all ate breakfast.

My work partner took me here today for a Saturday morning lunch. He should have warned me that I would be in a food coma for the rest of my shift all day. Just off of business 287 you wouldn't think much about the outside. I'm sure I've driven by it and didn't notice. That all changes once you step inside. Plenty of room and tables. The smell of good down home cooking was very evident the moment I stepped inside. Saturdays they have a breakfast buffet. It was $15 a person if I remember correctly. OMG you will not leave hungry and it's not the average buffet. You have so many options; fresh (large) biscuits and gravy, different eggs, omelette station, AMAZING pancakes (made to order) and they will add about any fruit you can think of, amazing sausage and bacon...you name it. The service was spot on. Checking our tables every ten minutes to see if we needed anything. Those pancakes were out of this world light and incredible flavor. Loves the sausage and particularly the gravy. I have to bring my wife back here!
