First visit was memorable. The burger/fries and fried pickles were tasty. However, the service left a lot to be desired. No excuse for bad service, especially when you aren’t busy. And when someone screws up and can’t apologize, not sure we will be back.
Involved the manager and still no remorse really. Disappointing.
So, I recommend the food but the wait staff needs improvement.

If you are looking for a great selection of local brews and out of the ordinary burgers and sammies, this is your place. Chill vibe with both indoor and outdoor dining. Great service and friendly staff. My only complaint would be regarding the bloody Mary and Michelada mixers they use. Not very good. But their other cocktails are fantastic! Overall an awesome place.

My family and I came around 9pm for dinner, it wasn’t busy, maybe three tables inside. Nobody greeted us so we sat down at a table and waited for around 15 mins. My friend and I went to the bar to see if we could order there. We stood there, wondering if we truely existed. The bartenders and staff didn’t acknowledge us. Someone eventually asked if we needed something, we asked if we should order at the bar. She basically told us to sit down and wait for a server. It was an odd interaction, we were polite and did as we were told. We waited another 20 mins and nobody ever came. We saw two servers on their phone and even the lady we originally talked to was fiddling with the tv. I don’t know if we rubbed them the wrong way or what? I was sad bc I really like their food but this was strange, I felt like we were being ignored on purpose.

I ordered a plain burger and added cheese (+$1.50) and bacon (+$3). The burger and fries were good, but it didn't come with a lot of fries. I'm also not a fan of having something simple like cheese be an extra cost. It also took longer for me to get a Dr Pepper than my friends to get multiple alcoholic beverages. Our server was nice and attentive. Overall maybe a 3.5/5, I'd definitely come again though.

I've been in fort Worth about a month now and this is by far the best establishment I've been in. The manager Shay actually greeted me at the door with a smile and dignity and I was only actually coming in for some ice for my canteen bottle and she proffered me a complete meal and time to get rejuvenated with some time off my feet because she could see I was in hardship and the food which was a burger with fries was delectable. She manages this establishment very well and is on point in her professionalism

Girl with green & black hair left us with the worst taste in our mouth. Really loved this place but it looks like they're going down hill since opening tropic lady.
