Maybe it was because it was morning on a Wednesday but the tots were not hot. They were just sitting cool in grease. Server was too busy taking order so order just sat for a long time. My partner's sausage and biscuit was good and hot he said. Very disappointing.

I ordered 5 entrees and 1 side. My order was delivered with the items the business gave the driver and was missing 3 entrees. 1 of the 2 entrees that I did receive was a biscuit and gravy and it didn’t even have gravy.
Called the business to let them know directly because I always try to do this before leaving a review. I spoke with Mark? I believe. I’m only writing because he couldn’t have cared any less about the feedback that I was trying to give. I’m already out the food and have already received my refund so I’m Gus is really just my effort trying to help a business be better.

the service was impeccable, the inside is adorable and had such a great atmosphere. the food is truly the most delectable food i have eaten in while. best burger i have had in the dfw metroplex and i am not even being dramatic. if you’re at the stockyards or anywhere near one of their locations, it HAS to be a must stop. no if, ands, or buts. you will MISS out on a spiritual food journey. not too mention the prices are incredible and entirely affordable.
When you come in, ask to be serviced my Montoya! She was very personable, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made the experience very pleasant.
