This place is good. When you eat there, the food is perfect, but when it's to go, they seem to not put the same effort into having it fresh. It's happened twice. The food is overcooked and dried and cold. So if you order to go check it when you are there to make sure it's hot and fresh lesson learned. But other than that food is great. I called this last time to complain about my kids order being over cooked they said I could go back to get a new order or refund so sent someone to get the new order and had kids throw away their order. When the new order was picked up they had only made the chicken Paula the manager said well you only said the chicken was cold I stated I said the chicken was over cooked and the fries cold well she said they could only do the chicken. We bought another order of fries to not argue. So I guess she expected the kids to eat the cold fries that came with the first order or either wait for the new order of chicken to arrive so they could eat it together.This isn't about getting a free meal or a redo it's about making things right and being polite. How do you expect to only give half of what was ordered??? And have them eat part of what was the first order and then eat the chicken itself.

If you are a diabetic and come Here they do not have sugar free syrup. They should consider this as it can be help as us diabetes,please try and help the diabetes here. Overall the food was good and service was grate I will cone again!

This place is the best. I've tried plenty of hot chicken all over the place. At some places the seasoning isn't the best, some places the chicken isn't the best, and some places the sauce isn't the best. Not here. It is great across the board. Never had a bad experience when dining here.

I have been going to the Cookshack for over two years. It seems that the food quality is going downhill. This was the amount of chicken in our tacos last night. The small one was one tender cut in half, it was all tortilla.

This has got to be the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Normally, you need to have bone in chicken to keep it juicy and tender. How they do it with boneless is beyond me. The flavors are just jaw dropping. So gland they also brought back gravy!I’ve been coming here since they have opened and I can tell you the quality hasn’t changed. Still top notch standards. Great place!
