So, I've never actually eaten here, so I feel a bit bad about the one-star rating... BUT... We've tried to go three times. The first time was for lunch on a Saturday. We sat on the deck for 20 minutes past opening and someone finally came out and apologized for opening late and said there wouldn't be food service for a while yet - only bar. We left. Today, after looking at their menu online, we went to try and get lunch again. There is no sign outside with the restaurant name, but we went in. And it's something completely different. Burgers on the menu and you order at a counter. What?!? Apparently no German-style for and beer any more. We are giving up. Too bad for us!

Watch out Fort Worth... Gustos is usurping the Best Burger Throne. If you don't know what that means, then in plain English it means the best burger in Fort Worth. Just a damn tasty burger. Got the plain fries too - they were ok but nothing to write home about... I'll be giving them another shot in the near future. Everyone who works there just seems like they are living their best life. I really enjoyed this space as Gustos and good God, what a burger.

First time eating at this newly opened restaurant. Loved the sweet heat smash burger. Loved the Gusto fries, though they could have been hotter to more thoroughly melt the cheese. They don't have servers, per se, and it is the first week, so they're still working out the kinks. You basically order at the bar and they will run the food out to you. Anyway, overall a great experience. Colt is a chill guy who rally takes pride in his restaurant. We'll be back often. Oh yeah, they have a heated outdoor dining area that is dog friendly.

Very nice chill Biergarten. Solid selection on tap and in cans and bottles. Foods were all very good. Definitely recommend it. Try the steak fingers!

The bartender working really only has one speed, slowwwwww. The food was great but it was really bad that I was the only one at the bar, and so many people were crowded up around me waiting to get a drink. I really felt like I should jump behind the bar and help them.
