Watch out Fort Worth... Gustos is usurping the Best Burger Throne. If you don't know what that means, then in plain English it means the best burger in Fort Worth. Just a damn tasty burger. Got the plain fries too - they were ok but nothing to write home about... I'll be giving them another shot in the near future. Everyone who works there just seems like they are living their best life. I really enjoyed this space as Gustos and good God, what a burger.

First time eating at this newly opened restaurant. Loved the sweet heat smash burger. Loved the Gusto fries, though they could have been hotter to more thoroughly melt the cheese. They don't have servers, per se, and it is the first week, so they're still working out the kinks. You basically order at the bar and they will run the food out to you. Anyway, overall a great experience. Colt is a chill guy who rally takes pride in his restaurant. We'll be back often....

The bartender working really only has one speed, slowwwwww. The food was great but it was really bad that I was the only one at the bar, and so many people were crowded up around me waiting to get a drink. I really felt like I should jump behind the bar and help them.
