I love the ribs, they are predictably delicious and tender every time. Potato salad and baked beans are a perfect combination. They’re Known for particularly tasty homemade hand twisted sausage made in small batches. I’m no sausage connoisseur but since it’s their specialty, I had to give it a try and they didn’t disappoint

Imma be honest this is not BBQ at all. This is more like oven cooked meats. The brisket and ribs have no smoke ring. There is an extreme lack of flavor where I needed BBQ sauce just to make this edible. The only redeeming thing was the sides and they were just one level of tasting like they were store bought.
I don't know whose in the back cooking the meats but they need to get him or her far away from the grill. This is the main reason why I don't believe in buying other people's BBQ. Cause I can do leaps and bounds better than this. If y'all are going to continue to be in business there needs to be swift improvement

The sausage I got was awesome. Their sausage is homemade and not like you buy in store. You have to have the love for homemade sausage because if you are used to store bought sausage you have missed it. Also please try the strawberry short cake. It is awesome. Please understand this review is for the shop on Brentwood In fort worth not the one on Miller

Went here with my son yesterday- the ribs and sausage are insanely good with the sausage having just the right amount of kick- the sauce is incredible- seems somewhere between Texas and Memphis barbecue sauce- has more smokiness and depth than standard vinegar based sauces you often find in Texas. After we were done I ordered an entire rib slab to go. This is my new spot. Amazing barbecue is getting harder to find- the macaroni and cheese was also perfect and not the pastey stuff you find in other places. It had the perfect consistency. I can’t wait to try the baked beans!! The location is on the North/West corner of Brentwood Staire and 820 south- I am seeing lower reviews that have pics from what looks to be another location? The above mentioned location was great!

Order a sandwich and I got home and later that night my old man went to eat and it's like I had two little pieces look like Vienna on two hamburger buns....I went back up there and told him about it his response was YOU UPSET OVER A SANDWICH????NAWL I AM UPSET BECAUSE I PAID YOU MY MONEY..I AM ON A FIXED INCOME AND FOR PONCHO TO RESPOND IN THAT WAY LETS ME KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER'S ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO HIM AT ALL...RIBS TOUGH ....YOU UP ON MILLER AND QUAILS LN...I HOPE HE GETS HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TOGETHER....THATS WHY YOU CANT STAY IN ONE LOCATION......NEVER AGAIN....... IF FOLKS PATRONIZING WITH YOU.APPECIATE IT........NEVER AGAIN A VIENNA BETWEEN TWO HAMBURGER BUNS...I BET FROM NOW ON YOU WONT DO THAT AGAIN..I BET YALL HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR PEOPLE SPENDING THEIR MONEY. ..WONT BE THERE LONG.....

I ordered a sliced brisket sandwich and potato salad. I got home with my order and there was no potato salad and the sandwich was only slices of fat. I am disabled and unable to go back. Horrible. I will never go
