Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

From what I saw when I was there. I feel sorry for your staff.. Your driver's have to walk forever to make deliveries. From what I observed you all have gas ovens cooking these cookies and only 1 exit. I pray for your workers on a daily basis.. It's sad working in that environment. Yeah cookies are good but safety is not your concern. Sad sad way to run a business .. If I could give negative stars I'd give negative 20 stars.

I had the pleasure of being helped by DNajai, and her exceptional customer service truly made my night! She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Her warm personality really stood out, and because of her, I’ll definitely be returning to this location. Highly recommend!

First and foremost I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this store is amazing! The staff are super accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. I ordered delivery for my anniversary and unfortunately one of the brownies was raw and undercooked, they fixed it, corrected the issue and saved the day no questions asked. I couldn’t be happier with this place. The replacement brownies were amazing

I got a dozen assorted cookies, I usually go to crumbl cookies but it was closed today, decided to try something new and was very happy!! Unlike crumbl these cookies were warm, and just as delicious for a better price. Even after the 10 minute delivery drive they were so still warm :) definitely will be a new customer!!

Fantastic cookies

I absolutely love these cookies! And they’re a great gift idea! This location is always right on time for delivery and sends updates on the status. I frequently order online from them for birthdays and the recipient is always overjoyed with how the cookies come warm and how delicious they are! Often, you can order same day!

I went to pick up my curbside order and there was no place to park and when I called to ask for directions I was told they would not be able to bring my order to me. I was unable to get out of my car bc I had my disabled child with me and it’s a very lengthy process and was told that there was nothing they could do even though I had placed my order ahead of time. Not to mention there lack of accommodation for our disabled/handicap population.

So sad i make a special drive to get the remix after ordering 5 days ago and it showed red velvet for my daughters birthday only to find out after asking they are out and just substituted anything they wanted. Also packaging was dirty and all he could say was sorry!
