Wanted to stop by and grab a little treat since I was around the area and was craving cookies. I ordered my cookies online and they had it ready when I arrived. I got a variety pack and everything tasted good but nothing really stood out too much for me. The cookies had a nice chew to them but I was missing that snap I usually expect from a cookie. Parking was fairly easy because there was a lot behind the store. It was just a little hard locating the store because it was such a small storefront but it's just around the corner. It was fairly small inside and people would usually just order online to pick up or just choose their cookies there and leave.

I placed a Valentine's day order, the order was never received even though the tracker stated it was delivered. Emailed customer service who stated that they attempted and could not get ahold of anyone. I find that hard to believe seeing it's a place of business and the receptionist is ALWAYS THERE. they do NOT close for lunch. Also, the delivery instructions stated to leave at doorstep in such an instance where it could not be dropped off. Heather, the customer service agent I was emailing with stated they tried and couldn't. I guess they don't read the delivery instructions, furthermore I received a text message saying it was out for delivery and delivered, which did not happen. No call, email or text was received saying they had problems delivering the order. When asked Heather for her supervisor since she could not help me resolve the issue. She did not give me information to her supervisor. I asked 3 times and got an automated response. Very disappointing, customer service is zero help. I will not be a customer here. And am still looking for a number, email to inform them of this mis-service.

I had a not-so-great experience at the southlake tiffs treats. It was really hard to find so I called the southlake store but someone from the customer service center answered and she couldn't even give me directions. I was doing curbside pickup but when I finally got there, they had no curbside pickup parking spots so they didn't even know I was there. I even told them my vehicle details and that I was almost there but they still didn't know I was there. I waited about 15 mins for my order. I had to call the customer service center again and they had to tell the people at the store that I was there. Bad customer service.

I absolutely love these cookies! And they’re a great gift idea! This location is always right on time for delivery and sends updates on the status. I frequently order online from them for birthdays and the recipient is always overjoyed with how the cookies come warm and how delicious they are! Often, you can order same day!

I went to pick up my curbside order and there was no place to park and when I called to ask for directions I was told they would not be able to bring my order to me. I was unable to get out of my car bc I had my disabled child with me and it’s a very lengthy process and was told that there was nothing they could do even though I had placed my order ahead of time. Not to mention there lack of accommodation for our disabled/handicap population.

So sad i make a special drive to get the remix after ordering 5 days ago and it showed red velvet for my daughters birthday only to find out after asking they are out and just substituted anything they wanted. Also packaging was dirty and all he could say was sorry!

Also with an option to receive a personal video message through text with a fun little cookie character.Today...THIS MORNING...I panicked! I forgot to place the order. It was 8:30am and realized, with all the other birthday plans, I forgot the cookies.I placed the order at 8:50 am and by 10:30 am my girl received her delivery with balloon, cute box, yummy cookies and frosting.Where else can you, not only get same day deliver, but delivery within 2 hours!Thank you so much Tiff's Treats! I will not go anywhere else for my yummy cookie needs! TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND EXCEPTIONAL TASTE!

A box of mysterious cookies were delivered to my home. I did call to find out who it was from, turns out they were delivered to the wrong house. Of course we got to keep the cookies and let me tell you, these are the MOST DELICIOUS tasting cookies I’ve ever tasted! They were still warm and extremely soft! We got 2 dozen of cookies which included chocolate chip, chocolate chocolate chip, sugar and m&m cookies. I’m sure that’s not the name for some of them lol Seriously though, thank you!!!
