I’m giving the Team Lead, John Jump, a 5-star review! Our time started off smooth, but then the machine malfunctioned and the golf balls were not coming out. I found John to assist us, and he was able to get the machine to feed some more golf balls. At that point he offered us an additional 15 minutes at no charge for the delay.
Unfortunately, the machine malfunctioned again, so John relocated us to another bay. Due to the inconvenience he completely comped the cost of our bay without us even asking!
We understand things sometimes don’t work, but we really appreciate when customer service accommodates for these unexpected challenges and want to ensure their customers are still having a great time. We will definitely be back.

We took our 2 boys tonight. Food is ok. Service at the bay was great. The boys had so much fun. The girl at the front desk was a little rude.

This was my very very first time comin out 😊here to top golf ⛳️ and I’m not gonna to lie to ya but I actually enjoyed myself out here playing golf for very first time I so definitely will be comin this place again eventually soon

Absolutely amazing waiter!!! When i come back im asking for him he was an amazing waiter!! Constantly checking up on us and making sure we were good with the food and the drinks!! He definitely deserves a raise!! He is taking his job seriously but having fun while doing it!! And always smiling, love him as our waiter.

My family and I had an amazing time at Top Golf Fort Worth! We had a slight hiccup with the timer in our bay but the manager, Chase Frazer, provided superb customer service to accommodate us! We highly recommend this location! Great weather, great experience, with even better customer service!

This wasn’t the greatest Top Golf location. I frequent the Loudoun County Top Golf location in Virginia, and compared to that one, the Ft. Worth location seemed much older and run down. The food was not that great either. It was still fun though, and the heaters really really work on a cold night! The service was top notch. That was a plus!
