OMGGGG not even exaggerating but Tyrel our server was amazing he went off his busy way to really make our time at top golf the best ever !!! He even helped us out on our form which was amazing. ALSO I don’t remember his name I think it was cam . HE WAS GREAT TOO he watched me and my partner play to help us out and gave us tips and was good and really made me feel good about how we played !!

Very disappointing first experience.

We were really excited to visit for the first time, but the service was bad from the moment we arrived. The host told us we were about 10 minutes early and asked us to wait upstairs at Bay 321. A few minutes later, our server Dannielle came over with an attitude, saying we were in the wrong bay because it was reserved for “Christian B.” She told us to go downstairs and fix it, even though the host was the one who sent us there. When we went back down, the host blamed us for being early instead of taking responsibility.

Eventually, Manager Camry helped us and sent us back upstairs — and ironically, Dannielle was still our server. At first, she seemed nicer, but the poor service continued. We waited more than 20 minutes for two drink refills that never came, and when the check arrived, we were charged for four drinks instead of two. When I mentioned it, the server said it “wasn’t her part” and that someone else should have brought the drinks.

Camry tried to fix the issue, but the whole experience felt unorganized, careless, and unprofessional. On top of that, we noticed we were treated differently than other tables Dannielle was serving.

For a first visit, this was really disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this Fort Worth location.

Excellent Service and Experience at Topgolf
My recent visit to Topgolf was outstanding from start to finish. The facility was clean, well-organized, and provided an enjoyable environment for both casual and competitive play. Our server, Maddy, delivered exceptional service throughout our visit. She was attentive, courteous, and demonstrated genuine professionalism, ensuring that our group had everything we needed in a timely manner.
Her attention to detail and positive attitude enhanced our overall experience, making the evening both relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this location and if possible, request Maddy as your server. She truly represents the high standard of service that makes Topgolf such a great destination.

$157 for 2 hours, 3 beers, queso fries that had almost no queso, 4 wings, a cold burger that was cooked 2 days ago, and a bucket of cold burnt donut holes. No thanks. I’ll stick to Big Shots.

I went to TopGolf yesterday to celebrate my stepdad’s birthday, and while our waiter was amazing, the manager on duty completely ruined the experience. We had reserved two bays for up to 12 people, but the manager told us only four people were allowed per bay, which made no sense. When we asked if we could move and even purchase an additional bay to comply with their rules, he flat-out said no and told some of us to go to the game room or wait in the lobby—then just walked away. Later, he came back and started secretly counting how many people we had, yet still refused to offer any solution or accommodation. Considering we had already paid for the two bays, his attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly disrespectful.

I guess it’s best to book ahead cos they will seat you downstairs even if there are empty booths upstairs. Server was friendly and food was great. They almost removed us from our seats after the hour we paid for our game was up even though we were trying to pay the bill and finish our drinks. That was really terrible and highly unprofessional and unnecessary as there were several other empty seats. Left a bitter taste in my mouth. Games are fun doh so just be aware that you may be shooed off like you didn’t just pay to eat and golf.

First time, started out a little frustrating, but the manager made it work out. Had a great time. Food was average. Our second server took great care of us. Would have been a 5 but the first server was a bit rude. It happens. Will definitely go back. Games were great. Value was great too.

no business spirit very disappointed, the gin and tonic was like water, no bubbles probably an old bottle of tonic too open without bubbles and we did not taste the gin, and the worst, we took a bay for 70 min, after 4 minutes family emergency we had to leave, the cashiers saw that it was not going well but we made pay the total amount even though we left 5 minutes after the start, no business spirit. score of 0.
