I've been 2 times to this location, the 1st time the meat on my taco was cold. (Offputting) I truly wanted to give it a fair shot so we tried it a 2nd time and again not the best, food was cold chips were stale. Thanks but I won't be back, throwing a $5 gift card 2 come back to same disappointment is not a ride I want to be on. Thanks but no thanks.

I am not one to leave reviews at all but what I have experienced over the last 12 hours has me compelled to warn the public. To start off, I know my body and I have a stomache of steel. I never throw up, I mean never. Just 2 hours after eating the breakfast taco and Baja shrimp taco I start to feel this heavy uncomfortable pain in my stomache. I ignored it and just thought maybe I ate something bad or I just gotta poop. Well I was right, all day went by with me in pain I even tried sleeping through it until my body woke me up at 11pm and I had to run to the restroom. That food was foul. This has never happened to me before and it was the most unusual experience. I almost feel poisoned. I had to call off from work due to body pains and non stop restroom breaks following this aswell.

Torchy's on Hulen in Fort Worth…Worst experience ever!! The food is good but the service is TERRIBLE. First off, they now have kiosks at the front for you to order, which works in a place like QT, but not in a restaurant. I tried asking a woman standing at the front with a Torchy’s shirt on, but she didn’t speak English. There is no one at the front to help when you place an order online. No one to tell you where to pick up your food, etc. The app told me that my food was ready, but when I got to the restaurant no one could find mine, or 3 other customers online order…mind you I didn’t have time to sit and wait around, hence the reason I ordered online. I didn’t get my order until 15 minutes after the app said that the order was ready. I wasn’t offered a drink or anything for my inconvenience or wait. I would have been better off dashing the food or going somewhere like Fuzzy’s. This experience was more than annoying.

As a first-time customer, I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service here. The atmosphere was welcoming, but what really made the experience stand out was the bartender, Jesse. Not only were the drinks perfectly crafted, but he also went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and happy.
You can tell Jesse has a deep understanding of customer service and a true passion for what he does. I believe he would excel in an even larger role at this establishment, where his talents could really shine and impact the whole team.
