Shame on me for not taking pictures of what we ordered but I will have to say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. Parking is tricky but once find a spot take it! I’m not one to leave a review but this has by far was worth it! ❤️ Every thing was great we will definitely be returning!

Eating here is like eating at home. I am from Guadalajara and the food from Guadalajara that is most similar to the original is without a doubt this. Widely recommended. It's so good that I've seen people coming from Dallas, why is it? Tortas ahogadas and golden tacos, barbecue tacos, birria, pozole, leg lunch, jericallas, tejuino, and more, all Guadalajara style!!! The only little thing about the rice is that unfortunately it is only open on weekends :(

I just ordered the Tacos de Barbacoa and 2 Birotes. I have to say , this is good! the tacos were good, you can tell they are made fresh, and by someone who knows real mexican cooking.. the Birotes were my primary interest. these are Mexican [French style] half Baguettes. I am thrilled. We just can't make em like this. the service was very nice , although I had to muddle through with my slightly -better-than-rudimentary spanish to place my order. it is a food truck so "atmoshpere" isn't a big priority. the place was clean and well kept.
