I emailed this over a week ago, with the lack of response solidifies the lack of care for customer satisfaction and food safety. My family and I frequent this location, monthly since your opening about 5/6 years ago. We always love the service, atmosphere and most importantly the food.
Today was a very different story, unfortunately. I asked to be seated with my son on the patio as it was a very nice day for dining on the patio. The cushions were filthy. We manually brushed off what we could without causing a scene to the staff sitting us.
As we sat there for a few minutes I began to notice ants crawling all over my legs and my child's legs.
We brushed them off and were about to sit at the table to the right of us but noticed massive ants feasting on food under the table. The initial ants we had were on the patio cushions.
We looked for another table and sat, as we sat there I began to notice the unkempt, awfully maintained patio area.
We received our food and as I bit into my salmon, mashed potatoes and spinach I noticed a sour milk taste. I initially thought it was me and tried again, but it continued. I ate the salmon and left the rest. I notified the server politely that I think something is a bit spoiled in it. He returned asking if I had ever eaten there before. Then he proceeded to inform me it must be the lemon. Lemon and soured milk are very different tastes.
We had dessert and I ordered a coffee. My son became impatient so I asked for a to go cup. The to go cup had maybe 3 oz of coffee on bottom which I hadn't touched. I asked the bartender if she could top it off for me. She refused and we left. I normally come here for the coffee because it is really good, and have never had problems with refills on coffee.
I am sorry but for spending $100 (kids meal, artichoke hearts, drinks, salmon, dessert and coffee) topping my coffee should not be an issue. Especially knowing that this alliance area is booming with tons of new restaurant options all around. We were just at the opening of a nearby pizza location the day before. I feel like good food, clean patio, nice service, or service that goes beyond is the only options for businesses in the area with so much competition.
As I stated before my entire family usually visits monthly with well over $200 each dinner (family of 5), we bring our friends and family when they visit. We have no plans to ever return, nor will we be recommending or dining at your establishment. I understand a bad day in the kitchen and mishaps but being unable to satisfy a customer with a bad experience by topping the coffee with only 4oz of liquid before the first sip at $4 and not topping it off was the nail in the coffin for me.
I have no plans to write a review online and hope this matter is taken care of before someone does get sick on the spoiled food. I also hope customer service and cleanliness of the patio also take priority as it is vital to your success in this tough market.
However I did look at reviews and just 2 months ago you have customers complaining of a bug issue at your facility. I was glad to see a positive response with action as a response from you all, and hope my concerns are met with the same energy privately. Thank you for your time,

The food is out of this world, the service is excellent (shout out to our server Joy), and the Restaurant is beautiful, down to the small details.
We started with their wood-grilled chimichurri wings. Top five best wings I’ve ever had. These are for sure the best wings I’ve ever had at a place that doesn’t specialize in wings. And they bring you some of their homemade ranch to accompany it. You can taste the char from the wood grill, and the bright flavors of the chimichurri complement the smoky flavor so well
We had the grilled meatloaf, which is served on a bed of mashed potatoes and topped with their shiitake mushroom demi-glaze sauce. It can only be described as beautiful. 10/10
We also ordered the fish and chips. This is served with French fries and a Serrano Coleslaw, which is not spicy at all but is incredibly delicious. The fish has a light, crispy batter and tastes extremely tender, juicy, and fresh. 10/10
We got their meatball Crispy pizza. This pizza has a really unique texture and fantastic flavor. Highly recommend. 8/10
We all shared a blueberry bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. Do not skip out on this. Make sure you save room for it. One of my favorite desserts I’ve had. 10/10
The food and drinks here are absolutely spectacular. The manager is incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional and has ruined multiple experiences for me and my family. won't return for awhile, in hopes that he will be gone by then. I think his name is Jon, but not sure. Like I said though, the food is absolutely amazing.

I ate here on my birthday over the weekend and our waitress, Joy, was amazing. She was very polite, explained things patiently and was willing to go above and beyond to satisfy our party. She was a highlight of my evening and it was a pleasure meeting her. Also, the Rigatoni 10/10!!

My first visit to Towne Grill. Let me say, the bartenders were very nice and friendly. Had a great maple old fashioned. Dinner was okay. Our server, Joy was absolutely wonderful, fun and friendly. In my reservation I requested a table, but we got a booth. It was fine but not what I requested 2 days prior. The woman greeting people at the door, maybe the hostess? Was not very welcoming. The food was pretty good. Head chips and queso, grilled artichokes which was something different and the deviled eggs not too bad. Ribeye steak was a very thin cut and not super flavorful. Fish and chips were sub par but loads of fries with it. My wife enjoyed the chocolate lava cake and ice cream, I would probably not order the banana cream pie again. Unfortunately the worst part of dinner were the nats flying around our table all evening and probably because of that, I don't think I will return.

We have been wanting to try this place for a while now and finally made it in. The atmosphere was wonderful, a great place for a date night! Our server, Valencia, was so sweet and so attentive. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and had some great recommendations! The food was amazing, highly recommend the chicken fried steak just for the jalapeño gravy. Kristen the manager came by to ask how our experience was and was just as polite! We really loved how awesome the staff was. We had such a great time here we can’t wait to come back!
Absolutely incredible atmosphere, service and food. We had the Red Fish special with fresh spinach and Rigatoni with Vodka sauce and house made sausage. We will be back soon!

Atmosphere was beautiful! Host was kind. Staff seemed uninterested in serving us. My review is mostly based on the food which was disappointing. I felt like I was eating food from a retirement home. Fire roasted chicken tasted like it was boiled with no flavor with a side of boxed mashed potatoes. My husbands pan fried steak was paper thin.
