Can get a better burger at Whataburger. The bun fell apart and the meat was dry. Toppings helped some, but the fried jalapeños were lacking as well, which is an achievement. The BLT had no mayo and was made with basic grocery store bread. The fries and mac and cheese seemed like generic food service supply. The Cole slaw could have been confused with a plain bowl of raw cabbage. The service was poor, having only seen our waiter twice, and needing to grab others to get a bottle of mayo or to get our bill. No offers for drink refills. The tip minimum was 18% which is fairly pretentious for the level of service received, and they stand there with a tablet for you to fill it out, so you’re under pressure to just hit it and go. We were seated in the patio area we were told was heated. They had a ceiling heater that was struggling, and the cover on one of the sides was open letting a cold wind in. Not worth the $17 in parking and $50+tip for a burger, two BLTs, and soda.

Worst Burger I ever have we have 2 buffalo burger and one cheeseburger and some appetizer it's like they pre-cook the patty and when we ordered they just reheated. Still take them almost 30 minutes I can't believe they represent Texas..SUPER SAD ... you might as well save that money and go to McDonald's or Jack in the

Food and service are absolutely terrible! 3 orders of chicken strips, 1 catfish basket, and chicken fried sandwich took hours and 30 minutes. We asked for our waiter multiple times, starting at 45 minutes from other staff, and all ignored our requests. Our food finally arrived cold. When we asked for the manager, our waiter was telling us "oh if you walk around, you might find her." I responded no you go get her. " I will say the manager did handle the situation correctly.

I'd say about a 4.25-4.5 if they'd actually let you rate partial stars. I stop here every trip I make to Fort Worth. The burgers are fantastic.

the food was good.
However, the path there was rocky. Our waitress was able to tell us what was on the menu, but when we asked about the different types of egg preparations, she didn't know what sunny-side-up meant, for example. that was pointless. and you could tell that she avoided our table; we were probably too stressful for her.

Great experience here, really good service and awesome spot to watch the cattle drive outside. On the pricier side for burgers but they were quite large. Would recommend
First time here visiting and the Wrangler burger was amazing.
