I usually don’t leave reviews but this place was so bad. Everything about this place was horrible. We were suggested this place by quite a few people but it was extremely disappointing. We were told it’d only take 20 minutes to get the two burgers we wanted. It took 35-40 minutes and the food was just ok. The service was horrible. They never checked on us. Just brought us the food and disappeared to chat with the other waiters. We had to go up to the bar to ask for our check because no one came to check up on us. I ran out of water at some point and just gave up trying to get any more. My boyfriend got the Wrangler burger and ended up getting food poisoning from this place. We paid $45 for the worst experience ever. Not worth it at all. Do not come here.

The waitress was so friendly, sweet and although she was busy we did have empty cups for a while until I asked the food runner for water. It was so hot and we had to sit outside so the water was in desperate need. Lol.
I do have to warn the cost for what we ordered was ridiculous. I get we are paying more for everything but you can decide on you own. We ordered hamburger w/cheese and bacon. Also a garden burger both w fries and only to drink water. I am still trying to understand how we paid approx 45 dollars. They are not the best burgers in town or high top quality beef. So I did not think it was worth 45. This economy is so bad. 😞

food is great but does the owner ever check on the employees he has. we came this Sunday for the show and always prefer this restaurant for its food. but this time the service was absolutely bad. we didnt get any refills to our drinks and never been asked if we would need more water and nobody would come to give us the check. once they dumb the food they are out and you have to do everything on your own. we had to pay the check at the counter. Will go to other restaurants next time.

The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly. However, the burgers were very disappointing—bland, lacking flavor, and served cold. We honestly expected a lot more.

On the positive side, the supervisor was amazing. After I paid, she came over and asked if everything was alright. I shared my concerns, and she was genuinely not happy about our experience and took care of us, which I truly appreciated.

That said, the food itself really needs improvement, as the flavors just weren’t there.

Our waitress, Olivia was AMAZING!! Made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. She made our experience a 10/10!! We enjoyed her enthusiasm and her service.

The burgers were great but she definitely made our experience here at the Stockyards memorable. Thank you, Olivia. We’ll be back!!

I went here with my family, and we had six burgers all cooked very well and tasting great. Nobody left their plates empty. Edgar, our server, was very attentive with refills and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was excellent, and his service was even better. I can guarantee that everyone will be happy with the service he provides. This is a great spot for families and even for a date with a significant other. We’ll for sure be back!

We came here for appetizers and to enjoy the outside patio since it wasn’t too hot outside - we loved the outdoor fans that gave a light breeze. We got the cheese sticks and fried mushrooms. I liked the fried mushrooms the best. Service was quick and great.

The food was terrible, and instead of focusing on customers, the staff spent most of their time talking and gossiping. on their phones. Or being absent. Thankfully my kids didn’t catch the inappropriate things being said. Our order took far too long to arrive, and when it finally did, it was over-seasoned and over-fried. The managers showed little concern about any of it. I would not recommend coming here.

Let me be honest. Food was terrible and just not even properly cooked well just all boring. Service was well attending and all that was great. The one thing one I felt very uncomfortable and just annoyed about was this lady named “mikayla” was being super rude to the other hostess , very unprofessional to everyone around her. When arriving she got upset and gave a bad attitude to one of the most genuine and polite hostess ever. After that she gave us an attitude when trying to ask for tables and how long the wait would take. She gave my wife an attitude and gave us a cold shoulder, when asking about details. I genuinely despise her work ethic and honesty think this place hires anyone without good attitude or good work ethic such a shame honestly. She needs to be fired or replaced. How can a food chain honestly add someone like this to a team filled with other better work ethical people.
