The waitress was so friendly, sweet and although she was busy we did have empty cups for a while until I asked the food runner for water. It was so hot and we had to sit outside so the water was in desperate need. Lol.
I do have to warn the cost for what we ordered was ridiculous. I get we are paying more for everything but you can decide on you own. We ordered hamburger w/cheese and bacon. Also a garden burger both w fries and only to drink water. I am still trying...

The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly. However, the burgers were very disappointing—bland, lacking flavor, and served cold. We honestly expected a lot more.

On the positive side, the supervisor was amazing. After I paid, she came over and asked if everything was alright. I shared my concerns, and she was genuinely not happy about our experience and took care of us, which I truly appreciated.

Our waitress, Olivia was AMAZING!! Made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. She made our experience a 10/10!! We enjoyed her enthusiasm and her service.

The burgers were great but she definitely made our experience here at the Stockyards memorable. Thank you, Olivia. We’ll be back!!
