I am really hesitant to write this review because I love going to eat at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. However, the last time I was there I witnessed the person checking people out, reaching around and dropping the tipping button down right before he asks you to click the green button to accept the fee. Because of where the computer monitor sits, it is hard to notice him doing this. He did it to me and I watched him do it to the next 3 people in line. Each of them seemed very unaware...
This is the second time I go to tropical smoothies and feel the guy behind the counter doesn’t like his job! I experienced it in another location before and gave the benefit of the doubt but today I felt there is something fundamentally wrong with their customer service management. There was nobody in store except me but they act like they are super busy and don’t have time to even answer simple questions or even smile.
