Tropical Smoothie made a great first impression with a warm greeting and friendly smiles.
We’re açaí bowl fans, and they did not disappoint. I had the Nutella bowl with extra chia seeds, and my wife went with the Mango bowl with Nutella. Both were perfectly sized and as good as we’ve had anywhere.
Plenty of parking, spacious inside with a few outdoor tables, and the store was spotless—from the front windows to the bathrooms (which were also very clean). Well lit and staffed for quick service.
Five stars all the way around. Big shoutout to Dionna for helping us with our orders!

The food and service here are so amazing that I just felt compelled to drop a positive review. The worker by the name of Bryce was worthy of being mentioned. He was steadfast in serving the customer and effectively communicated in a way that elevated the atmosphere. It truly felt like a tropical experience, which is quite comforting.

When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted not just enthusiastically, but also authentically by the employee by the worker Bryce. This feature alone already separated Tropical Smoothie apart from other food chains I've been to such as Coco Shrimp. Here, I believe the food tastes better and the staff demonstrates more leadership skills, placing this chain as a top contender for the best tropical themed restaurant I've ever dined at.

Great shakes/food, but they do not seal your drinks if you order door dash.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, the staff is wonderful and the smoothies are so tasty. I don't go to other smoothie shops because their smoothies taste just like ice and no flavor. I love the detox and banana chia boost they are so filling!

It was my first time inside this location tonight. It’s extremely clean and spacious. And the girls working are so nice and friendly! Sydnee took our order and she was so sweet!

I use to love tropical smoothie but ever since mass franchising quality has gone way down.

I love tropical smoothie. However today, the hot sauce was not in my takeout order for the Santa Fe quesadilla. This is a vital part of the recipe. Please don’t forget it next time! I used my points for this. Otherwise outstanding place for a healthy bite and a good smoothie.
