Those girls at the front were incompetent and super rude. I, a black woman came in, ordered FIRST, paid FIRST. A white woman came in 3 mins after me, ordered the EXACT SAME THING/ NO MODIFICATIONS ON ANYTHING on mine or hers--- AND SHE GOT SERVED FIRST AND LEFT FIRST. What in the absolute world? Then I asked for almonds on a $10 acai bowl and they wanted an extra $1 get out of here. Plus the acai was BRICK frozen. Then had the audacity to be rude. Girl, I will never be back ever

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this location has no idea what they’re doing and I came during a non busy time. Mostly wanting the owner to be aware that their staff needs some training addressed or they’re going to lose out on money and business. I get that people make mistakes, but this was just lack of caring all around. Initially the Drive thru experience was great and I was so surprised since that isn’t always the norm in a drive thru. The person who took payment at the window wasn’t who did the order in the drive thru. Apparently in the minute i drove around to the window an error occurred and I ended up paying for someone else’s order which was less than mine and that was fine. They said they figured out the mix up. I think ok cool nbd. I then proceeded to wait at the window for probably 20 minutes while cars behind me piled up and ended up jumping the curve after placing orders bc it took so long for 2 wraps and 2 smoothies. Only for the wraps to be wrong. Once the wraps were delivered it took a solid 15 minutes to get the smoothies which the person was like “what kind of smoothies did you get?” Meaning they hadn’t made them and once they were delivered the add-ins on the smoothies were switched and they weren’t frozen.. they were weirdly watery. Again, I really hate leaving bad reviews but this was just all over the place and if I was an owner of a business I’d want to know so that I could make some adjustments and such. I recognize this is a review for a fast food chain lol but it is someone’s business and livelihood 🤷🏽‍♀️

Drive through is EXTREMELY SLOW. Sometimes places get backed up and causes them to have a slower day but ive noticed that its very slow like this every single time i come.
When i say slow i mean like there can be only one or 2 cars in line and it takes WELL OVER 20+ minutes just to get one single smoothie.
I probably wouldn't recommend this place.

The employees in the evening are amazing at this location. They always greet me as I. Walk in they're super kind 2 employees that stand out to me. Sorry I didn't get their names. One is tall curly hair guy and a red headed female. They are super sweet. I'm gonna make sure to tell all my friends to come to this tropical smoothie for their hospitality. Great job

When I walked in a female employee was hugging and kissing on who I assume was her partner while her coworker did all of the work. She did not stop when me or another customer walked in. I understand being lovey dovey with your partner but this was purely unprofessional and uncomfortable being as they were right by the door and this is a small location.
