Jason the Owner violates people constitution rights. Not law enforcement friendly
So I was there Friday night, had 3 beers and a shot and was AUTOMATICALLY added a 20% gratuity… never have I been anywhere and charged that unless there WAS 6 or more people!!! This night I guarantee there was over a 100 people there, and I. Sure they did NOT KNOW THEY WERE CHARGED THIS AUTOMATICALLY!!! INSANE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
Bought assigned seating tickets for tonight’s event and when we arrived, our assigned row/number seats were taken and we were then advised by an employee that they decided that it was going to be GA. We ended up in cheaper seats than what we paid for because of this. Had this been mentioned online or posted as GA we would have just gotten there earlier. The situation was annoying and could have easily been avoided.
The sound here SUCKS! Could barely hear the artist!
Good atmosphere for chill music, stay for the shows! BUT their drink prices are overinflated (especially for how watered down they are).
Decent small venue. Nothing to complain about, not mind blown by it either
Nowhere to park. Drinks were crazy expensive. Smelled like pot throughout the venue. Not going back.
$5 for a Coca Cola for a designated driver. 20% auto gratuity? Cool space but that is ridiculous price for drinks and the bartender would have rather been anywhere else. Not planning on going back. Sound system also sounds awful .
I went twice to this place while staying in DFW area. It is cool and hosts a variety of musical talent. I like it. But I LOATHE the fact that they automatically charge a gratuity on EVERYTHING.
I purchased a shirt after closing my tab out and once again was charged gratuity. On ticket purchases. Everything.
5$ for water a lil ridiculous

Showed up to see the Texas Gentleman, only to find out they backed out after we payed $70 for two tickets, there were no signs posted or anything with this information, after we realized we were referred to the owner, Jason, who said it was out of his control and that we should “just hang and enjoy the show since we already payed”. You would think if we liked the bands playing we probably wouldn’t have complained, but that must have been too thoughtful of Jason to think about that… instead he had the bright idea to offer me a beer as if that was worth what we payed. needless to say, won’t be back and you shouldn’t either
Bought tickets to see The Texas Gentleman and found out once we were there that they were no longer playing. We paid $70 for two tickets and spoke with Jason the owner who was unwilling to offer a refund. Such poor principle…
It’s a great looking venue. The sound is great. It was nice to actually go to Fort Worth for a show for a change as opposed to downtown Dallas. I also have to give a huge shout out to the doorman. He was really cool. But… There is one big qualm I have with the venue. Any and every venue for concerts I go to will give you a cup of water if you ask for it. Every beverage hose behind the bar has a water button. They absolutely refused to provide you water just to stay hydrated. They force you to pay five dollars, which is extremely overpriced for a can of liquid death. If you’re going to force people to pay for overpriced, aluminum cans of water, let them bring an unopened bottle on their own. Any end of venue offers water from the beverage hose if you ask for a cup of it. If I’m not mistaken, there is a regulation that requires any establishment to provide water in that way. They claim they know nothing about that regulation. I just feel like it’s taking advantage of people in a scenario where they’re gonna want water at some point. I get it, it’s a business. You need to make money. But considering how much money they’re making on overpriced drinks… Maybe helping people out by offering water in a cup if they ask for it or at least having a cooler with plastic cups somewhere on the bar, so people can stay hydrated Goes a long way. Every venue I’ve ever been to offers that. Kind of rubbed me the wrong way that these folks got a bit confrontational about requiring people to pay for overpriced water.
Decent venue, nice outdoor space. Main reason for deducting stars is the fact they're impossible to get in touch with and not at all transparent about the lack of any seating at all inside. I emailed, called, and Facebook messaged over a 2 month period and no one ever answered. The website is ambiguous about seating at best. Just having an answer before arriving would have been nice.
Also, $77 for 4 drinks seems a lot, but I don't live in DFW, so maybe that's normal here...
The band was great.
Please turn down the music. It is nauseating.
