Wife and I celebrated our 10th Anniversary here. We love Jackie Venson and her band soo much that we had to see her live. We were blessed to met Jackue and get a signed album after the show. She's a really kind person, patient and her smile is soo contagious. Not going to lie. Both my Wife and i were speechless when ut was our opportunity to get a pic with JV lol. They did not disappoint at all. In fact JV and her band superseded our expectations and they are amazing live!
Tulips staff was awesome and very kind. The drink we got was potent and tasty. I believe we met the owner who was really cool and knew Jackie for decades. We will most definitely return in the future. Good vibez, good people and most of all best live music we've seen in a good while.

Saw The Arcadian Wild there, great show and crowd! The sound was the best I've heard there, it was not as loud as previous times I've been here, could hear it clearly, and there's lots to hear with this band! Pretty much a SRO venue, but some tables in the back, full bar, food truck out front!

Great venue but bring ear plugs because it is LOUD. Also, I wish there was an emergency exit near the stage/side wall. Definitely feels like you're trapped in that area if something happened.

The venue itself is very nice. I went for the haunted house tour on September 28th 2025. The issue comes with the price of drinks and one of the staff members. I purchased 3 double shots of vodka for my friends and myself, that by itself with no tip was $72.60. I added a tip because I liked the employee at the bar, but that is absurd. I could buy multiple bottles of Tito's for that price (which is the vodka they were serving). My other complaint is that one of their security guys is very rude.

Security is definitely power tripping and trying to act like they are protecting the crowd by being unpleasant, irritable and obnoxious. Drinks are also unreasonably priced. Unless you really like the artist performing, do not come here
i had a really great time attending the Emo Nite show here! i read previous reviews about the bar inside being a little pricier, so i took the short walk to the other bar by the outdoor section. and i’m glad i did since it was a good area to take a break in and to drink from the water cooler. the sound inside did sound a little muddy at times, but not an issue at all. parking was ample, with street and DART parking available. i’d definitely come back!
