Went to twin peaks after a long week of working over 60 + hours wanted to just have a beer eat some food and have some down time. Was there may 5th between 10pm and 12pm Sat at the bar asked for my drink and a water never got my water asked for napkins never got my napkins when I got my food it took the bartender another 10-15 minutes to give me my utensils making me use my hands all sloppy without napkins. If it was busy I could understand but it was not busy it was kind of slow they only had a small amount of people at the bar and just walked passed me like I was invisible, I’ve worked in the industry before and have never seen such terrible service. I finally get frustrated and put my card with the receipt to just cash out and leave didn’t fully finish my beer didn’t get the shot I wanted to buy the bartender takes another 20-30 minutes and never comes get my card it was the other bartender who saw me stand up from frustration and stood standing for a while wanting to leave thanks to the other bartender I’m finally cashed out. I call the manager to let her know what is going on and told her exactly what happened and also informed her about how her bartenders are ignoring customers because they’re taking shots with their regulars at the bar which I know cannot be legal and then the manager gets angry at me act aggressive towards me tells me “I’m not gonna put my bartenders job at jeopardy because you assumed she took a shot” accuses me of lying and gaslights me guilt trips me as if it’s my fault this girl is going to get in trouble and when I try to explain my situation she talks over me and hangs up on me!!!! I cannot believe she hung up on me! Omg I have never been so disrespected in my life I asked her for the main managers name three times she didn’t give it to me probably didn’t hear me asking because she kept speaking over me and if you still think I’m lying check the cameras you’ll see for yourselves, I am not a liar. I refuse to be stepped on by such terrible management team maybe it’s time to retrain her or demote her because I would have never written this review if the manager didn’t hang up on me. Aren’t managers supposed to de escalate the situations? She made things a whole lot worse and I refuse to be humiliated by her and this twin peaks location these people are making the company look really bad and ghetto. Thank the manager for this review

Abbi is the best server possible! I’ve been to several twin peaks and she is the absolute best. Beautiful, sweet, great personality, and lightens up the entire restaurant with her smile :). Will definitely be back to see her hopefully every Friday or more!!! She’s a keeper!
