I love Velvet Taco, however, I was disappointed with my last experience. I have the app so I get rewards. The wait time was 25 minutes, which was really long based on prior experiences. I ordered and entered my payment, and it automatically put a $10 tip on it, that was pretty upsetting based on the wait time given. Then I went inside to get it, at the time given, and it was sitting on the ready shelf, it would have been nice to get an updated time for when it was actually...
I got a free meal today woohooo. All I had to do was leave a review. Thank you for the employee that cover my food. I love the food and drinks here, you should definitely try there brisket nachos.
Place was great and service was amazing. The front counter girl was so nice and the Manager checked on us multiple times and hooked it up with a taco he overheard me talking about. Will def be back!
