Burger was really good and fries were also but the serving was overpriced for the amount. I would come back but the price just doesn't justify the portions.

Cool little place buy the service was bad. I've also never been served a rare vegan burger before. That was not good. Idk if they tried to microwave it or what but I have been vegan for 15 years and it's the worst attempt at vegan food I've ever had.
Edited for the reply: this was about 6 months ago. I passed by yesterday and was reminded of it and realized I never left a review.

Genuinely use to love this place but the food has really gone down in quality. Its feels as if the cooks have stopped caring about the food entirely. Genuinely never felt so sick after any meal. Also how are you out of fries? Fries? it’s a burger place. I’m aware sometimes mistakes happen but this is my third time having an unsatisfying experience here. I hope it’s able to return to its former glory until then i will not be eating here. My dearest Vice Burger has temporarily become Vile Burger :(

Loved their burgers and their shakes! The place is small but clean and the service is excellent! A treat for life-time vegans and even my son who eats meat loved his veggie burger. We had a great time!

This place has been open since Dec. 2003. We stumbled on it walking off some breakfast from Spiral Diner which is just down the street. Our plan was to come back for lunch, I'm so glad we did. We had chicken sandwich, burger, fries and double-chocolate milkshakes. Everything was perfect. The sidewinder fries are really good... perfectly crisp. You could tell the small staff really cared about the quality of food they were serving. It was an experience we'll definitely have again.

Very slow service, their prices are way off.
$6.50 For a side order of fries? That is double then what it was a year ago.
$12.00 formation burger.

Nope I am done.

It’s unfortunate that some “vegan” restaurants still have not realized that veganism is not a diet, it is the end of domination and exploitation of animals. This place supports zoos. Enslavement and commodification of animals is not vegan.

Everything we ordered was phenomenal — both in flavor and portion size. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich had the perfect amount of heat and crunch. The Smokey Bacon Vice Burger was insanely good — rich, savory, and loaded with flavor. We also shared Sidewinder Fries and Loaded Vice Tots, and both were next-level delicious — crispy, generously topped, and super satisfying. And the shakes? Wowsers! The Cookies and Cream shake was thick and dreamy, and the Chocolate Oreo was pure indulgence in a cup. 😍 This place nails comfort food and does it 100% plant-based. Big portions, bold flavors, and pure satisfaction. I hope DFW vegans know how lucky they are! Updated from previous review on 2025-05-17

The food is amazing! I'm so addicted to the Vice Burger, and the seasoning on the Sidewinder Fries... just, WOW! The service is always super fast. They have some great outdoor seating as well.

Black bean burger was totally bland. You guys are known for burgers. Every burger Patty you have should be a star of your restaurant. But this is not the case. You are charging customers a hefty price but the quality of your product is no where close. Fries were the only thing that was great but for the price you need to double the quantity. Do a taste test yourself before serving and you will see where you stand. I generally like to give honest review so you can improve on your product.

The food wasn’t bad but it was definitely overpriced for “fast” casual.

Well you better have your months paycheck ready when you come and order. I got the vice hamburger and it’s insane that it was $14. Nothing about it was super special either. I feel like it’s over priced just because they came out in the news. The burgers should be $4-$6 and with fries should be at least $10-$12. If you want fries it’s almost $10 for a small amount of fries. Oh also not to mention it’s a vegan spot that charges you for different “meat”. I would say it’s cool to come here once but there are definitely better places to go to. The place also has a weird smell when you walk in too.

First time and last time here. The experience was meh. The food tastes good for sure but for the price we were disappointed. The fries are $6+ and they weren’t filled up. Just disappointed because we drive out here from McKinney just to eat at this place. Save your money and make this food at home. We won’t be returning.
