Went for dinner with friends on a Thursday a few weeks ago. There was an issue with their parking validation system, but they kindly handled our ticket when we asked. Pricey but yummy food. The ramen was gorgeous, and all the appetizers were delicious. My favorite was the corn fritters. The black sesame creme brulee was also very unique, earthy and sweet all at once. I just wish some of the app/dessert serving sizes were a tad larger based on their prices. Atmosphere had fun music but it was very difficult to hold conversations as it was loud and other guests around us also had to speak loudly. It was almost jarring to step outside and suddenly be able to hear each other speak at a normal volume. Overall I do recommend, just bring earplugs if you are sensitive to loud atmosphere .

Kitchen doesn't stay open as late as restaurants , was denied service 30 minutes before clothes even with customers in the restaurant , and watch someone receive service right before me .

They were pretty busy so sat at the bar. Got a lot of appetizers including shishito peppers, beef skewers, gyoza, and a couple others. I got the dry ramen which was so delicious. I unfortunately forgot the bartender/server’s name but she was great. 5 stars for sure, and will be back soon.

I started with the scallops and they were cooked perfectly with a delicious texture served in a savory sauce. They were amazing! I also ordered the beets and Brussels sprouts and they are not what I expected. The beets were finely shredded and crispy on top of perfectly steamed/roasted soft and flavorful Brussels sprouts.

In my opinion, the best Ramen in DFW by far. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. The parking can be a bit tricky due to it being paid parking but Wabi house will cover the cost. If you are in a wheelchair, it's a little difficult to get up to the restaurant, but it's worth it!
