Tried to order over phone togo order which sends you a text to force you to order online. Since I was driving cross town to get my daughter ramen because she was sick…. Even tried pulling over to order online wasn’t the best experience ordering togo. Have eaten there several times dine in and was 5 stars. This Togo would be a 2 since service wasn’t great and ramen broth was overly salty since end of the day, but that would have been same dine in or Togo so…

Food was at table within 6 mins. Food and service was excellent.Parking: You must scan the QR Code in the parking lot. And it says that it is $11 an hour. But when you go upstairs, you scan the QR Code in the restaurant and it gives you a 2 hour free code, so parking is essentially free.Just don't forget to log put of parking on the app when you leave.

Me and girlfriend of mine came here on a whim. It's about a 30mins drive from my house, Duncanville, and we are planning a trip BACK! The door was amazing but h the r staff was phenomenal. I'm not the biggest ramen fan, I prefer Udon, but when I tell you.. their broth, their noodles... the meat.. literally cooked to perfection. That meat was MELTING in my mouth. The ramen I got was the Tonkotsu, for reference. My friend got the Veggie Ramen. She cleaned her bowl. The food was amazing, but their staff was so awesome. We sat at the bar in front of the cooks and it was really cool to see them cook everything in front of us. One of the guys initiated a conversation and was explaining what one of the cooks were preparing. It sparked us to ask questions about our food and even other items on the menu. They were very knowledgeable and very kind to two girls who aren't very familiar with most of the things on the menu.Even the to the hostess. I got really overwhelmed getting inside, unrelated to the restaurant, while being directed to our seat and filling out the parking information (free parking for 2 hours btw) and trying to take in the atmosphere around me. She gave us some space and came back to check on us, for some reason I was struggling signing in for parking, and she came to help. She wasn't with us long before our server took over but she helped me so much.I can't say how awesome they were enough! Thank you to this team! Front of house, back of house, and everyone in between.

Food came without the utensils. We kept trying to get someone’s attention, but they just ignored us. Finally we got hold of the server who served our foods, but she never apologized for her lack of attention which caused us to sit there for 5 minutes just starring at our foods. We asked the same server for our check and she said I am not your server as she walked away. I was wondering why she bring our food if she wasn’t part of the server team. They got to do better job at service

After cutting into my corn fritters I was disappointed to find that they were raw inside. I ordered take out so I couldn't just bring them back as I had already driven half an hour home. When trying to call you get an automated message stating their hours and trying to get an actual person on the phone is near impossible as the phone just keeps ringing.

Restaurant are good .DO NOT USE AIRGARAGE PARKING as restaurant asking you. ITS A SCAM!now restaurant asked you to register your vehicle in AirGarage parking , this is when you start have problems!2 hours for free. To stop parking you need go to website and web site can show you “something went wrong” and you can’t stop parking and even if you spend there 1 hour you will be charged, there no cameras no parking poles outside on parking, so they do not know how long you actually there . So if web site doesn’t work you ended up with paying for parking ??‍♀️

The food is amazing here. I had the Ramen and takoyaki, the broth, and overall all flavor of the food is incredibly rich. As for dessert, the tapioca parfait was creamy and sweet! The tapioca pearls gave it a great texture. The service here was good too, the servers were kind and helpful. As for pricing, I believe it was reasonable for the amount of food and the flavor that you get.

Another glimpse of racism in Fort Worth:I called in my order to a young Karen that works at this location. I thoroughly explained to her that I was not able to come upstairs due to physical limitations. She clearly agreed to bring my very small and insignificant order downstairs. I told her that I would pay cash and that I would give a gracious tip. She agreed and said it would be about 15 minutes and someone would bring it down. I described to her that I was in a green Caddie parked in front of the White Rhino Coffee Shop. As I assumed they were a bit busy, I gave concession for time. After approximately 45 minutes I called and inquired about my small and insignificant order. She smugly informs me that “It’s ready”. I asked her if someone was bringing them down. She said we didn’t speak of that. As a paying customer, I tried to debate the issue, but to no avail.Bottom line: This a somewhat bourgeois area in Fort Worth and unless you’re like “them”and you’re not “them”, you’re probably SOL. To the lying little Karen, please learn some basic principles of professionalism sweetheart. It will help your Google reviews. Namaste.Wheelchair accessibility: Very cluttered space to move (Thus my request for curbside service).
