Someone can come into the establishment and talk crap to the staff and customers waiting in line for a table, but because customers in line for a table tell him to move on, the establishment can no longer serve customers waiting in line because they defended themselves in “altercation” (verbally). There was only a cook on duty because they server called out. There was a slow trickle of people so she was able to keep up.
