Don't allow dine in and you have to only place your order online thru door dash.

To the two people working night shift on 9/11. Thank you ! The food was so good. The place was clean and the service was wonderful. First time being to Waffle House since I was a kid and it was great. Came here with my partner and he loved the food and service as well <3

If your skin isn't the right color expect to be treated differently. As soon as I walked in the whole place got quiet....like I wasn't wanted. Took my order ok but never asked if I needed anything, after they brought my food, never asked if how the food was, when I went register to pay. The lady just stared at with the expression of give me the check, pay your money and get out I was one of only 3 customers in the place and couldn't even say thanks for coming in. Guess if I had two takeout windows because the area is so bad they can't have the dining room open from midnight to 600am, I wouldn't wanna work there either. I wont be back. Told them all to have a blessed day and laughed as I walked out the door.

Didn’t even eat here because the first 10 minutes went so horribly. My boyfriend and I sat down. No “welcome to Waffle House” or “we’ll be right with you”, NOTHING. I don’t know if they were ignoring us because my Man is White, but
he literally had to take 2 menus from behind the counter so we could look at them.
THEN every employee goes to the back and starts yelling at each other for the whole place to hear. We just walked out.
Black people, we HAVE to do better in customer service jobs. SOOOOO embarrassing 🤦🏽
It was just me and one other customer, and 5 employees yet somehow they still messed up my order. Then I ordered a soda and despite the empty glass and employees doing nothing but being on their phones I never got a refill. I went to pay they asked for my ticket I explained I didn't get one and pointed to scrap paper employee wrote it down on. they then used calculator instead of register to ring up total.

Not clean. I had things floating around in my drink. I had to send it back. When I received my new one. I was afraid to drink it. The food was not good at all. I dined in with family from out of town. We didn't finish it. I also took my 10 year old son an order home. He ate some of it. Then he said he didn't like it. So. I guess we will be going to Ihop from now on. They do take time to clean. Thumbs down 👎 for my family !
