This Waffle House used to be a good spot, the servers rather sit now and be on their phones, instead of cleaning around the floors and under the tables. This Waffle House also has a bad odor smell. I don’t recommend it for anyone .

Cook seemed to make a table away from us uncomfortable. He acted like he despised his work and spend all of his time outside. The waiter and server appeared anxious. You'd think they'd fire him. Food was okay though.

We didn't even eat, walked in, and no one said anything to us other than "you can pick a seat". Lady walks up, puts down silverware, says "do you know what you want to eat?"" My husband say "no not yet, but could we get some coffee to start?" To which she says "ill be back in a min to take your order. " No acknowledgment of asking for the coffee, no good morning.Then, she proceeds to walk to the table behind us and greet them pleasantly, starts small talk. Im just not understanding. Customer service matters. We didn't do anything but come in and sit down. I need yall to do better.

Started off as a great experience till another set of employees come in and you can hear the cook with colorful hair talking negatively about another cook I mean people come here to eat and enjoy not to hear employees talking down on each other if I’m not mistaken the guy that was speaking poorly on others was

Worse service ever never go here waitress was yawning the whole time there never refilled my coffee and bad enough she forgot our waffles and still gave it to us all burnt never going here again..
