Upscale restaurant in an old bank building south of downtown Fort Worth. Service was impeccable. We had fish dip appetizer, mussels, lobster mac and cheese, red fish, and salmon. The leek sauce with the salmon was the OMG of the meal. Lobster mac and cheese was the biggest let down. Everything else was top tier. Highly recommend.

The reason I am leaving this review not only to complement the food, but also the service. Any wait staff that fixes a rocking table without me asking is 6/5 stars for service. Amazed

We haven’t been to Walloon’s for quite a while. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t very busy. They provide limited menu with brunch or you can ask for the full menu, which we did. We had the fish dip and sourdough which was a good appetizer. My beau liked the free refills of sourdough. Our server was good but the issue was the timing to get our meal. It took forever. Two people had salads and one had the lobster Mac n cheese. I had the redfish. We waited what seemed like at least an hour for our meal. We were all getting impatient. And for the price at the end, it was all just ok. Not sure we will be back.

This 5 stars is for Carrie, we came for an early bday dinner for myself & she made me a card which I just thought was so sweet. She was so kind, and gave excellent service. Ask for her and give her all your monies!!

I would give the 5 stars if only the servers customer service was better
My husband and I came to visit an old college friend and since we are new to Texas she recommended us to eat here and she was right the lobster roll was marvelous and my husband loved it as well, the drinks were great however our server wasn’t. We still tipped only because I know the server life but man this young lady I believe her name was esmay or Mae something like that. Anyway she wouldn’t come check in, we didn’t have water most of the time we were there. We would look around and she would be talking with another server with crystals that also seemed to be doing the same thing on their phones just chatting away which is okay if only we had water first. Perfect example of what not to be as a server coming from one who used to be one, both girls showed lack of customer service. I personally wouldn’t have cared about the lack of service but it’s something so simple to just refill especially at a fine dining restaurant. Other than that food was great just needs better servers if I’m going to be paying for a fine dining experience I shouldn’t not be having to scope my server out. Hopefully next time we come visit Texas the experience will be better so we can give the review this cute restaurant deserves because we will be back!

Walloon's has carefully thought about the details that differentiate it from its peers. It is part of my dining rotation because it gets itvright every time. The dinner menu offers a wonderful range of flavors and experiences, the drink menu offers perfectly made selections and a few noteworthy originals (catch thee iron plane before its gone), and the surroundings continue to reveal artwork and plants that add warmth. The tiny booths for 2 by the piano are unequivocally the most prized seats of the house for those who love tranquility. Servers are the ambassadors of a restaurant, and Carrie is absolutely one of the best. Her knowledge of the menu and attention to each table stands out.

I went for burger week. The burger did not disappoint! It came out fast & hot. A great beefy, cheesy combination of goodness, and the bun kept it all together. The fries were great too!

It was my first visit to Walloons. I've been wanting to visit for awhile, and burger week gave me that extra incentive to go. I sat at the bar during lunch time. Nick (bartender) was super helpful and polite. He gave me some insight on the menu and the private rooms. I can't wait to come back with my wife for date night. Overall the experience (though short) was excellent. Staff was amazing! A++++

A really great addition to the Fort Worth restaurant scene! The ambiance was akin to a really good neighborhood restaurant in New Orleans and is hard to find here in North Texas. Reservations are highly recommended but there is lots of counter seating at the bars.

The drinks and food were great, we will definitely go back to try more of their seafood offerings!

Great food in a very cool building.

Have been here a couple of times and it has been great.

The fish beignets are amazing, they’re like chicken nuggets, but with fish.

Calamari was ok. BBQ shrimp was very good.
