Went through the drive thru tonight worker was rude once up to the window I had only received 3 out of the 4 drinks I ordered to have the window shut and then another worker came to the window to give me my order I then ask for my missing drink and as she was making it the other worker said no I charged you for a small you are not getting a medium drink I then proceeded to say I had only received 3 not the 4 I ordered he then rolled his eyes at me and put his hand up saying okay was very rude I said I asked nicely I wasn’t being rude as he just continues to give me attitude and roll his eyes and keeping his hand up at me so uncalled for. Very unprofessional and unkind, I was not once rude and didn’t deserve to be treated that way.

Belinda is the reason I choose Wendy’s over other fast food on hectic nights. It isn’t the food that drives my choice. It is the customer service. Her light toned voice and warm personality always brings a smile to my face. For example, tonight the machines were down and they could only accept cash. She was patient with each customer and the wonderful staff preparing the food. She double and triple checked my order was heard correctly, prepared correctly, and fresh due to the time of night. All while holding a small light hearted conversation. I truly hope Wendy’s sees what their employers provide to their company and composite them for tremendous customer services.

Lobby is locked 80% of the time so you have to use the drive thru, which can’t serve you in the line and you have to wait for 20+minutes for something a drive thru shouldn’t take so long for. I only come here cause it’s the only Wendy’s close by but if there was another location choice I’d go anywhere but this one.
