Ordered a baconator fries there was no ghost pepper sauce I wanted a baked potato they gave me large fries it was cold everything was cold never tf again they will see me tomorrow I want my baked potato if we paid for everything we should of gotten everything done right

If I could leave 0 stars I would. nothing about our orders have ever been correct the first time. we have to go back everytime cause they forgot something or made it incorrectly if you want to go to wendys avoid this one at all costs.

My puppy and I went to the drive through after a long evening of shopping. The service was terrible, of course my fries were cold, and my burger was cold and threw together. I asked nicely as I could if they had fresh fries to only get an eye roll and some fries re submerged in grease. I don’t have high expectations for drive thru fast food but with the price you have to pay now for overpriced cold food at least have good customer service. I will never go to a Wendy’s restaurant again. This is like my 3rd time this year and it’s always crappy service and cold food. I give up. The only I recommend is take your time and money some where else.

I have issues every time I come to this location. Tonight was the last time I'm wasting my time there. The employees can't even count to 10 to make the order correct. The last two times I've pulled up they take over 8 minutes to say anything at the window. Yep, not coming back. Go to the one off of 20 and Trail Lake. The employees can at least handle simple orders.

The food was pretty greasy, fries were over done and the drive thru radio didn't work. Usually pretty quick and friendly.

I just went through their drive through and ordered the Asiago chicken meal which was wrong Instead I got a a spicy chicken sandwich with a piece of lettuce and I asked for a diet Dr Pepper and was given regular Dr Pepper smh. I am not able to consume sugary drinks. I am extremely disappointed. $23 down the drain.

This location is always understaffed and slow last night I did a mobile order waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes only to get to the window and be told "we not doing drive thru pick up orders you gotta come inside" I go inside wait another 20 minutes, half the order was missing and had to be fixed. I live 2 minutes away I get home all the food is ice a** cold! $40 worth of food cold. I understand it must be hard to be short staffed but I don't care my money is not to be wasted. It's ridiculous

I ordered a medium iced coffee. When I got to the window to pay and pick up order the girl inside asks the other girl so I put a medium iced coffee in a small cup. She said yes. I would think if you order a medium it would go in a medium cup. Won't go back there again
