Great stop in Ft Worth. The mushroom, bacon burger single was ENOUGH for a female! Or, you can get double or triple! The staff was super friendly.

I ordered through the app and I was supposed to receive my order and this location let a random guy that did not speak English take my order these employees that worked tonight need to be dealt with. this has to stop people losing food and money cause you letting orders walk out the door without doordash confirmation is not right. if you don't have a confirmation from the dasher then why give the order without confirming. Sorry but I didn't receive my order cause yall didn't make sure it was a real door dasher instead of someone look for free food to steal and don't deliver.

I am only giving 1 star for service due to the fact that I just left this place (drive thru) and not only were my fries stale and cold they were very distasteful, they should have made them fresh instead of giving me something that was just sitting there. Both my burgers that I ordered were both cold to the touch when they should have been freshly warm as well. They were not. Only thing good were my pineapple mango lemonades. I am pretty upset about this as I tried to call not once but twice and no one answered, so I can speak with a manager and get this corrected or get a refund or something. This is unacceptable service. I will be reporting this again in the morning. Very unsatisfactory service. 1/10/2025.

A simple order. Ordered a sour cream and chive potato wuth the $6 biggie bag. Asked for hiney mustard sauce and the potato is supposed to get sour cream and butter......nope. I had a hard potato with nothing.
Ms speedy needs .slow down on her talking at the register. Also the French fries cold .

Service trash ask for saucy nuggets they gave me old nuggets with a splash of sauce wheres the saucey. Than gave me some one else order I had a dog dog hair every they gave them pple they order after it was already in my car I touched in the bag and everything and then the manager had the nurse to say I had a attitude well wouldn't you and I wouldn't take this post very likely very nasty. Then ask me if my car was locked and order not to give me a refund on those dry old nuggets that you thought you was going to serve up today and yes at the end of the day got my money back and drove off didn't care about the nickels and pennies and dogs baby because when you got that cash baby none of that matters it's the it's the it's the customer service for me and preparation of the food that I'm paying for
