I came to pick up A doordash order with SEVERAL drinks and a bag. I asked for a cup holder and he looked at me crazy. So i left a message for the manager to get some cupholders and she refused to looka, acknowledge or respond or say anything. Her name was Bree. I get she maybe upset, but customer service IS HER job. I have to balance and deliver several drinks with NO ASSISTANCE from her. Serious attitude issues.

the 4 items for $4 and biggie bag is same meal for $5.00. Wish when asked if still a menu option the cashier would have offered to reduce order price instead of charging the extra $1.00. If we had not asked and since menu board does not advertise 4 for $4 this would have been a great customer service move. The floor in front of soda machine was very sticky and trash can in lobby and bathroom overflowing while staff were without orders to fill. A group was leaving and the ladies wiped off tables, picked up trash, and returned chairs to tables and no one came out to help they continued talking. Simple cleaning should be on schedule especially if a large group arrives you expect increase trash. Otherwise nice place to eat.

Guy working the drive thru couldn't have been less interested in doing his job. Lights off well before closing time, rude answers to questions, somehow managed to mess up a small order (1 burger). It's Wendy's. You know what you're getting if you choose to seek out a location. There are better one's than this.

This Wendy’s is so dirty inside, tables, floor soda machine, counters, chairs, everything was unbelievably dirty. And to top it off it smelled like poop by the soda machine area and everything was sticky. Worker was kind but seriously? We could barely finish our meal, atmosphere was so gross.

Treyvion was so nice in helping us place our order. He explained the recipe to better guide us through ordering my son's food. My son loved his Baconator and he highly recommends it because it was great and juicy. My salad was crisp and freshing too.

I just wanted to write this to share about the awesome service I always get when I come to this location. There is a gentleman who is tall, wears glasses but he is always so very kind and helpful. I don’t come super often but I am always pleasantly surprised when I do and he is there. Everyone is super great at this location honestly! I know everyone works hard, it’s nice just to give recognition to those who deserve it. When we want Wendy’s, we drive out of our way to this location because the service is amazing!

Come here often and this had to be the worst experience. Placed an online order and they said they were already closed had horrible customer service old guy was extremely rude should not work any type of service jobs didn’t offer any help to solve the issue just yelled they were closed and going home so he didn’t care.

I asked for a Dave’s double meal with a strawberry lemonade and a large fries , burger special made. That’s not what I got of course. I gots chicken sandwich with pork on it and instead of a lemonade she put in a soda. I tried to call because I left and got 30 minutes away to my destination before i noticed. The telephone number doesn’t work. How can an issue get fixed and you can’t call back to complain about it??? The person whom took me order isn’t the person who handed me my food. A young guy reached past the lady and handed me a bag. And the lady handed me a drink. Smh now I’m stuck with no food to eat all day at work.
