My order receipt time is 3:59pm. When I went inside I had to use the restroom, I noticed I didn’t see anyone behind counter at first. When I came out I went straight to the counter, did not see any employees. I stood there for a minute before I said, “Hello” loud enough for someone to hear me. A guy came from the side room to the right of me. He did apologize. He took my order. And checked me out. After I paid he went straight to the station of fried. He did not use gloves and I’m not sure what he was doing before he came out, but I truly believe food was handled with unclean hands. I got my order fast, however I asked for no tomatoes, and both Jr bacon burgers had a tomato on them.

Drive through worker (bigger girl) doesn’t acknowledge you ever. Never smiles. She never says your total just has her hand out for payment. Never says “your welcome” after you’re nice enough to say thank you. Management should have these kind of workers cooking or cleaning, instead of front line giving your restaurant a bad rep and service experience.

Literally the worst service and the worst burger I’ve ever had. I ordered a triple burger that took at least 15 minutes to get out. Keep in mind I went through the drive-through but ended up having to go in to pick up my food. When I walked back out to my car, I opened it and found that they gave me a double instead of a triple which is what I paid for. I keep asking for a refund and I just went to go fix it instead. They added a burger pattie But then as I’m eating it, I realize it’s literally just meat, cheese and condiments. They didn’t put any onions or any tomatoes on it. Do not go to this location over an alliance in Fort Worth. If you do, you’ll regret it.

Ran through the drive through and the guy working the window barely said “thank you” as he handed us the bag & drink. I completely forgot that my husband ordered a frosty and started driving off. Out of the corner of my eye I saw someone running out the main door holding up a cup- so shout out to the girl named Key for going above and beyond to make sure we got our whole order. You don’t see that kind of customer service much anymore

The food was cold I specifically ask for the food to be HOT and fresh which the burger was not and the fries were frozen very disappointing especially when you pay for a meal and you're hungry

THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE DO NOT FOLLOW FOOD SAFETY LAWS I HABE CAME HERE NOT FOR THE 2ND TIME & HAVE SEEN WORKERS ON THE CLOCK ON THE FOOD LINE ON THEOR PHOBES THEN WILL PROCEED TO PREPARE A ORDER WITHOUT WASHING HANDS CHANGING GLOVES LEANING PRATICALLY LAYING ON THE FOOD PREP TABLE ON THEOR FOOD NOT CARING IF CUSTOMERS SEE THEM OR NOT IN WHICH IS AGAINST THE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS THE FOOD SAFETY DIVISION AND THEY WONDER WHY PEOPLE ARE GETTING SICK & HORRIBLY ILL. I PREVIOUSLY CAME ON LUNCH AND I WATCHED AND TOOK A PICTURE OF A WORKER EATING FRIES FROM SOMEONES ORDER WHILE HOLDING THEIR BAG NO GLOVES OIT IN THE FRONT DIDN'T WASH HER HAMDS LITERALLY NOTHING AND GOT MAD BECAUSE I ALERTED THE MANAGER IN WHICH SHE ALREADY KNEW BECAUSE SHE WAS RIGHT IN HER VIEW AS WELL THE WORKER WHO WAS EATING LITERALLY ROLLED HER EYES H WAS UPSET WITH ME AS IF I WANTED HER GERMS OR WANTED TO SEE OTHER CUSTOMERS GET SICK SMH. I HAVE PICTURES I AM UPLOADING SO CONSUMERS CAN SEE WHAT WE TRULY ARE PAYING FOR. PLEASEE PAY ATTN TO HOW PEOPLE ARE PREPARING YOUR FOOD

Super slow drive threw service.
I've given this location multiple chances and everytime there has been something. Cold food, bad customer service but this time it was wrong food that I found out after I got back to work. Tried calling and big surprise no answer.
I ordered dinner for my family one night and my six year old bit into a raw burger. I didn’t realize it until she was about halfway done when I turned and noticed she was eating raw meat. The guy at the drive through was nice but I was not pleased with the cook. Whoever makes the food NEEDS to ensure they are cooking the food to its appropriate internal temperature to kill off food born illnesses.

Im just done trying with this Wendy’s. They constantly mess up my order, today I had to wait for fries they forgot, and when I asked for ONE ranch they gave me some long speech about me needing to pay for it. The fact that I got one ranch for $25 worth of food is ridiculous. It’s a ranch. I won’t be back again. Adios.

My truck burned down right after I got a 10 piece spicy nugg meal, I only got to eat one before it exploded so I went back to get another 10 piece and it was totally worth it

Been here a few times and food has been prepared right and served hot, but it's the little things that they miss. I dined in and the ketchup dispensers were both empty and the Coke freestyle only had two flavors in it - peach and lime. Making sure the food is good and fresh is probably more important, but like I said... it's the little things that make it 5 stars.

I came to pick up A doordash order with SEVERAL drinks and a bag. I asked for a cup holder and he looked at me crazy. So i left a message for the manager to get some cupholders and she refused to looka, acknowledge or respond or say anything. Her name was Bree. I get she maybe upset, but customer service IS HER job. I have to balance and deliver several drinks with NO ASSISTANCE from her. Serious attitude issues.
