I don’t usually go out of my way to write bad reviews, but If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I’ve been to this location, the staff is rude and extremely unfriendly. I either get cold food or the complete wrong order of what I had asked (repeated my order to them twice and paid for more than what I received) I hope they do something to improve this location, as it seems that other paying customers are experiencing the same concerns as I am.

Made an order on the mobile app. Drive thru said it takes a minute to come through, and to park in a spot and they would bring it to me. 10 minutes later, nothing. I go back through the drive thru, and the guy quickly hands me my food and runs before I can ask him what was up. Not even an apology for the wait.

Grabbed two kids meals and food was fast and the two younger employees were friendly. My other kid decided she wanted a kids meal too; went back to the drivethru and had a second pleasant experience. This Wendy’s can be hit or miss but today they got it right.

I went so I could order the fish sandwich. Guy told me they didn't have that, not because they were popular, but rather problems with the distributor so they were never delivered. I found out apparently, the distributor didn't provide ketchup cups, bulk ketchup, or ice in the machine either. Okay, joking on that part. Seeing a review from four months ago though complaining about the same state of the condiment station and coke machine I saw is disappointing.

Place is a below average Wendy’s. Glass in the parking lot for weeks. Unfriendly staff. They don’t even honor the honor the dining room hours posted on the door. Came at 11:05 doors still locked. Signs says dining opened at 7am. Then I tried to call and the number is disconnected. Be warned

Almost every time I go through the drive through they forget something, when I try and call the store afterwards the phone doesn't work. Very frustrating experience every time.
