I recently had a really frustrating experience at Wendy's. When my order wasn't quite right, I asked for it to be remade. Unfortunately, the manager seemed unwilling to help and made the situation difficult. I was really surprised and disappointed when they threatened to call the cops over a simple request to have my food fixed. It turned what should have been a quick meal into a stressful encounter. I hope Wendy's can look into this to ensure customers have a better experience.

The sign outside read, BAD LUCK AWAITS YOU. Now, everything is walk in front of the restaurant an employee is spray painting something on the sidewalk to offend me because they are stalking me on the internet. Hopefully it's not the manager. Somebody needs some maturity!

The drive through line was so long of a wait. The drive through worker couldn't hear my order. She told me to pull around. I don't think she knew how the app worked. The other workers didn't know who's orders were whose. I wanted my free small chocolate frosty. I had to wait another 5 minutes for a worker to refill the frosty machine. I was in the drive through line for 10-15 minutes. It was horrible. I won't ever go back

Don’t order anything that isn’t a burger or nuggets after 6pm because they wanna say they’re out of everything. Like wdym ur out of chili?? Just make more chili bruh like im not dumb, I know you’re just too lazy to make more. There are 2 guys who are actually nice and will take care of you. Everyone else working window is either rude or lazy. Or both.

Sad. Just left a good review a few weeks ago because they got a new GM and I had a single good experience right after so I thought they’d be ok going forward. I was wrong. Just came again on 11/1 and it’s back to garbage food and service. One car ahead of me and myself were the only vehicles there and it still took a good 15 minutes to get three burgers. Fries cold, meat hard, luke warm and old. And two of the orders were completely wrong. Ordered two Dave’s doubles and got bacon burgers, dry and no veggies. Then I asked for a couple packs of ketchup.
And THE ENTIRE PLACE WAS OUT OF KETCHUP!!!?? You operate a fast food restaurant and you run out of ketchup!!???
I won’t be back here for a very long time unless something drastically changes.

Wendy's corporation needs to come and fix the store. The employees are nice but the employee has to use a thin flyer to basically break into the restroom... also ordered on the kiosk but it didn't show on their monitor. I had to show the charge from my bank.. The food was fine and the employees are doing their best. Corporate needs to make sure it's fully functional here

White guy at window today @1:30 was rude as hell I told him thank you after he reached me my food and he he looked at me and slammed the window hard as hell in my face
Service was good and the store is clean sort of. The food tho tasted a bit old as if it’s been in the back for a while and the new Asiago Ranch Club sandwich had some chicken that tasted like it was in a box for hours. I’m not eating here anymore Kuz it’s a possible hazard for health. The light green on your fries as you can see clear as day is chlorophyll which can be harmful and cause sickness’s. 1 star out of 5 for me Kuz the food is what we came here for and to top it off they removed the Ghost pepper ranch chicken Sandwich.

How is my uber order not ready for a simple burger and a nugget and the store is empty? HOW SWAY??!!! I had to wait 10 minutes! No one is in the store at all!! EMPTY AND THEY ARE STANDING AROUND HOLDING HANDS RAPPING!!
