This place deserves no stars, both times I’ve been to this location the food has been cold , not only that the bun on my burger was hard as a brick & the fries taste like they have freezer burn ! CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN

This place is all sort of terrible, bad customer service and don’t know how to fill up the drinks and had it spill all over me and I asked for baconator fries and only got cheese and it wasn’t even all over my fries and I’m pretty sure they shorted my nuggets and only put 9 and didn’t fold my box over this place is terrible and needs to get there management and employees together 🤦🏼‍♂️

The staff does not actually pay attention to what customers request. If it's any more complicated than the # on the menu I guarantee you they will mess it up.

I do not recommend. They don't care to be good at their job. And can't handle anything more an a # on the menu request

Damn it man. This was supposed to be a Asiago chicken bacon. There's nothing but chicken and cheese. No veggies. I'm done trying to go to Wendy's. They were not even busy I was the second person there when I pulled up. And no 1 inside. Tired of being disappointed yall. Complete waste of my $15.57.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order without anyone speaking to us on the speaker. Could see heads pop up in the window and walk off.
Went inside to get food -because kids- and the atmosphere is tense. Counter person apologized, but could hear the frustration in her voice and young employees voice.

And managers are arguing in the back.
Male manager is awful to employees.

I gave one star because Shelly tried.
Stale, old fries.

I’m writing to express my complete disappointment and frustration with a recent visit to one of your Wendy’s locations in Fort Worth. I ordered a single, but was given a double. On top of that, the fries I received tasted like they were made the day before—stale, cold, and downright inedible.

The quality of service was just as poor. The drive-thru staff seemed completely uninterested in getting the order right, let alone providing any level of basic customer care. There was absolutely zero regard for food quality or customer experience.

Honestly, I’m not even sure the burger I was served was safe to eat. I didn’t finish it and ended up feeling sick not long after—so thanks for the vomit.

I will never return to this location again, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this spot. If you care at all about the Wendy’s brand, someone needs to retrain or replace the staff and bring the standards back up to something even remotely acceptable.

Ehh nahh! I aint never coming back to this wendys on lunch time , i pulled in thru the drive thru who ever was talking my order has a really bad customer service , i have worked in customer service all my life and i never treated customers horriblely and i honestly feel like they did something to my food fries where extremely salty the nuggets where salty it was just a no for me definitely not coming back management needs to train this young people well

I did a mobile order and ordered THREE ITEMS! I get there, food is not ready, had to wait for my food, finally get my food. Get back to work, and one of my items is missing, and my other food is messed up. And some of the food is cold.

My recommendation? If you want fast, and for your order to be correct, go to a different location! Take that 3. something review into consideration.

How the hell does this place barley have any people there and still manages to mess up the orders I ordered ahead of time too so they had all the time to make it right but yet they can’t even do that. Might as well close the place since the employees don’t want to work.
