I just spent $27 here, after I paid I asked for one honey mustard before leaving and was told I needed to pay an extra 56 cents. Man said I already asked for a BBQ sauce which was for my kids meal, don't I get a sauce for my meal? No he said I had to pay extra. And the tone he used with me like how dare I ask him for a sauce after I already paid. Unbelievable. Thanks for the reminder to not spend my money on fast food. Also, ordering is with an AI BOT.

I just left this location, with the worst meal I've ever purchased from Wendy's. I get home and try to call and I'm constantly being hung up on. Just got out the hospital,don't want to drive back. But I know the best way to get you guys back is by word of mouth. Cashier great guy, as far as management and whoever prepared my food. Straight zeros across the board

So I did my order through the drive through.I ordered a biggie bag.I asked for ghost pepper sauce and got sriracha hot sauce.It's not the same, and why didn't you just tell me didn't have it?And on top of that , you wanted a charge me extra for one sauce 😕

I was very polite and specified i needed 4 additional ketchups. The man proceeds to hand me 2 after he clearly heard me say 4. I said i asked for 4. He said you need to check your bag. Keep in mind I come here often so i know they put 3 in the bag. I didn’t ask for a handful. I didn’t ask for more than i needed. I had nuggets, a fry and a burger and i can’t possibly need more than 3 packages of ketchup. Im spending my money here. I don’t like that it’s a hassle to get the condiments you need to enjoy your meal. Ridiculous.

I usually don’t write reviews but this morning I saved my honey buddy chicken biscuit for lunch. To my surprise after I warmed it up and ready to eat I took a bite and there is trash in my food. I am pregnant and this is something that should not be happening. I never had an issue before today. I am displeased and upset this could have went wrong in so many ways.
