The frostys are usually all I get and they've always been str8 BuuuuT... It's a toss up on what your customer service experience is like.... Some days they're 💯 on everything like interaction, politeness, professionalism&&service .. BUT BaaaByyy Those other times; all of that is str8 GARBAGE .... especially in the politeness...... KEEP IN MIND THIS IS STRICTLY THE DRIVE THRU I'M REGARDING BX MORE OFTEN THAN NOT THE DINE IN SECTION IS LOCKED&&IS TOTALLY NOT EVEN AN OPTION. REGARDLESS OF TIME OF DAY OR DAY OF THE WEEK. This place is TRASH!!! The manager as well as the workers! I only ordered a $4 burger, why was it soggy, threw together and slimy. I’m pissed. Then the worker said do she want half her money no I didn’t pay half nor did I eat any of it! I will be there for my money when the Gm comes tomorrow…I’m a keep it nice because I don’t care about the money, they could have had me sick. I’m going to get it right early in the morning ‼️Oh I forgot to mention I was asked to drive around then waited 10 more minutes just for the food to be old soggy and have a old meat smell?

Let’s start by saying I came up here this morning at 6:30. The store was completely shut down. Nobody here to open the store when I came up here again at 7:34 to place my order the main door was locked. I knocked on the windows, the shift manager paid attention looked at me him n the lil crew I called the store they hung up, i tried the side door by the drive thru and I came in and said hey if this door was open you could have said go around the manager with love was at the window help the red head gurl out with a order she clear could have done her self … he said he didn’t say anything to me because the front is closed and that he does not have anyone to run the front. As a manager your position is to manage and always run the store you open late then have the store loosing money because you can’t multitask. This store is completely in a busy area near apartments and a lot of jobs. There’s no reason why the inside is closed still an hour later. I asked for corporate number he ignored me. It took for me to get on corporate after 13 minutes and 34 seconds of the conversation after he called his manager let him know what was going on. It took him to put in the drawer to the register, everything could’ve been avoided if you would’ve been on time and respectful with nice customer service not to mention, he refused to take my order I after putting the draw in. he went back to the back near a black girl with bright red hair, laughing, chuckling and pointing making faces at me they both was out of uniform. He had on sweats and she had on a custom wig with no natural color.

Slow service,, You wait in the drive thru for a long period of time once you get your order process they tell you to pull around to the front then you continue to wait even longer. This has happened 2 times to me I will not return to this restaurant
I will never go there again. My order was originally a door dash order, but they got the order wrong, so I went up there. I was told that I was wrong and that since she ( one of the staff members) made the order, it was right. Then she went through the bags and found that it was wrong and they did fix it and replace the nasty looking fries. The girl never apologized and was very rude the whole time.

Extremely rude drive thru lady. She rushed to take my order and when I hadn’t ordered everything yet cause I was still deciding she told me my total without letting me add anything else. When I got the window to simply add a drink, she told me no. After this I drove off and refused to give them any of my money. Would not recommend.

Place has gone downhill substantially. I was at the drive thru and they said wait, then after a few minutes and the said ok what would I like, I told them them and they never replied, I just drove off. We are not going to stead for that crap. Worst of all it wasn’t even busy, just one person at the window. Don’t go to this place
