Got the 2 for 7. We had to wait but the food was fresh. The service was rude.
My order was all types of messed up and the food was trash the bread on my burger was stiff as hell and the frys were cold I don’t recommend this Wendy’s!!
Slow service,, You wait in the drive thru for a long period of time once you get your order process they tell you to pull around to the front then you continue to wait even longer. This has happened 2 times to me I will not return to this restaurant
I will never go there again. My order was originally a door dash order, but they got the order wrong, so I went up there. I was told that I was wrong and that since she ( one of the staff members) made the order, it was right. Then she went through the bags and found that it was wrong and they did fix it and replace the nasty looking fries. The girl never apologized and was very rude the whole time.
Extremely rude drive thru lady. She rushed to take my order and when I hadn’t ordered everything yet cause I was still deciding she told me my total without letting me add anything else. When I got the window to simply add a drink, she told me no. After this I drove off and refused to give them any of my money. Would not recommend.
Meat was old! Manager said it was fresh but you can tell it's been sitting! Had to go back just to get it remade no compensation or anything!
Place has gone downhill substantially. I was at the drive thru and they said wait, then after a few minutes and the said ok what would I like, I told them them and they never replied, I just drove off. We are not going to stead for that crap. Worst of all it wasn’t even busy, just one person at the window. Don’t go to this place
They would not take inside orders until the drive-thru orders were caught up. 😡 All of our dishes were overcooked.

Horrible service completely ruined my order and I called to make them aware of the situation hung up and stopped answering the phone I spent 40$ for a bunch of mess asked for my order to be fresh had me pull around only to receive everything wrong horrible service

Just left there and the lady argues through the window. I haven’t app discount and she wouldn’t honor it because she didn’t know how to scan it. Terrible customer service argument at the window and I will report to their corporate.

The best employee that I have ever had was at this Wendy's her name was Kaylie and she was so sweet she went above and beyond to help me and make sure my order was perfect if I could give her 5 Stars by herself I would.. she definitely deserves a raise... Great customer service......👏👏👏👏
Incompetent employees all around including and especially management with terrible customer service on top. A. Didn't get a receipt and B. How do you forget a burger? And take 20 min to remake the order.

Customer service is sub par at this location. They messed up my order, then took them about 15 to twenty minutes to remake after I had to drive 10 minutes because they screwed up my order. When I asked about a refund the manager said he would refund and take the food back. He didnt even apologies for the inconvenience. I would recommend going to a different location that would put forth a little more effort to take care of business.
