Me and husband witnessed all of the employees in this location totally out of place, yelling, absurd language, and not caring that customers were present. The first incident was with a female customer that came in to ask about why her online order was taking so long. One of the female employees yells at her and tells her so many offensive words. The customer only wanted her order. Finally they gave her the order and as she is walking out with her husband, they proceed to tell her more things. That completely shocked me. I can’t believe that these workers have the audacity to yell at people and make idiot comments. After me and my husband ate our meals, we heard more screaming and yelling absurd words by the drive thru window. It scared us so much, we quickly left. I’m so disappointed in Wendys for having these people as your workers. Please do something about this. It was mostly the females that were working there around 6:30pm. The burgers me and my girlfriend had were good, but they would have been even better without the side of bad ass attitude from the flamboyant individual working the drive thru window (if you don't like taking people's orders don't work at Wendy's) dude working the grill was aight.

GO AHEAD AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This Wendy’s has WAY TOO MANY PROBLEMS. There’s no point in mobile ordering if somebody can come in take it for free and no solution will be offered to you. Lobby being locked way too early at random times like @ 2pm. Inconsistency of quality of food. Has a shortage problem compared to other Wendy’s. Hostile staff not wanting to deal with problems that they created. The lack of cleanliness is concerning. The incompetency is to insane level. PLACES LIKE THIS IS WHERE I FAVOR AUTOMATION COMING IN AND FIX THE PROBLEM. Flippy the Robot needs to be hired in my opinion. Corporate really needs to step in and deal with internal hiring of incompetent staff. One of the worse Wendy’s in Fort Worth hands down with no competition.

I immediately called corporate where they heard how the Wendy’s staff was talking to me.

Fries were hard , Chicken nuggets were cold and unfresh && the Chilli was not done , as the beans were still hard ! I would not recommend going at night , as the food is always poor !

The employees here are a joke. Have to wait at the speaker every time I come here. Wait times seem to be getting better but the people who work the window are extremely rude. Tonight we ordered and after waiting a gentleman basically tossed our food out the window and slammed it shut.

Order- 1 Dave's single combo(medium), 1 Dave's double combo(medium), 1 chicken sandwich combo(medium), 1pretzel baconator, 1 spicy garlic parm nuggets, drink.
I was not given the chicken sandwich, but was given the fries and drink that went with it. Instead of a double it was a single. When I ordered at the kiosk, the kiosk said that the receipt would be in the bag, it wasn't. I paid nearly $50 for half the order to be wrong.

These are perhaps the most incompetent group of staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. I went through the drive-thru on 11/21 at about 12:50pm and ordered a half unsweetened tea and half lemonade which I repeated TWICE. When I received my drink, it was SWEET tea and no lemonade. The excuse of the drive-thru worker was that she couldn’t hear me despite her asking me twice and me repeating it twice. To further insult me, they wanted to charge to remake the drink that was THEIR error. I walked out and left the drink on the counter. You shouldn’t be working fast food if you can’t comprehend a simple drink order and it’s piss poor management to want to charge me for something that was made erroneously to begin with. I hope they shut this location down.

The food here was awful. My spicy chicken sandwich had expired-tasting mayo, the fries were drenched in grease, and the sweet tea tasted like dishwater with barely any ice. I couldn’t even finish the meal and had to eat elsewhere. Do yourself a favor—avoid this Wendy’s and try another location.
