Rude trash employee food old and dry smh
Worst fries I have ever gotten. Ordered fries with no salt... looked like I got the oldest, burnt fries in DFW. How are they ready and I just ordered fries with no salt?

never ever hardly come to this Wendy’s and when I decided to they took forever to get my order out asked me to pull forward, I did. Then at least 8 cars left behind me with orders and while that was happening it seemed like more and more people were waiting on the side to get their orders. When the line cleared I went back to ask if my food was ready it was not, I asked if I could have a refund after have been waiting for so long and the FEMALE manager Briana Jackson said she had to call her manager and that it would take 40minutes. When does a refund take 40minutes? On top of the absolute trash attitude and because I refused to believe a refund takes 40 minutes SHE said SHE was going to call the cops. So I waited and waited no cops came until I was tired of waiting went inside the establishment asked if she asked her “manager” about my refund and she started yelling I need you to get out of my establishment. No cursing was ever done I never raised my voice didn’t get all ugly like they did. So I kindly left went back to my car and I called the cops the lady on the phone said she hadn’t seen a call come through so luckily I was blessed with a cop that pulled up to order food and helped me out to get my refund. The “manager” or supervisor whatever SHE is truly needs to find some happiness in her life. The way you treated me today was not ok and you’re only upset because I gave you the same energy back. If you want respect you have to give it back too. God doesn’t like ugly and I think that’s why you wouldn't even look at me once law enforcement was there. I feel sorry for anyone who has let this establishment and was treated poorly as previous reviews on here speak for themselves. Don’t be afraid to ask for your money back! Don’t be afraid to call law enforcement and stand your ground if they don’t want to give you your money back call them! This whole situation was a waste of time for something that could have been easily avoided IF the establishment had enough training in food service and customer service sadly they don’t have it. Briana take care of yourself and truly find another calling because this job isn’t for you. General manager I will be calling and I will be calling corporate as well.

If someone goes to Wendy’s and orders a burger and fries why is it so hard to give Ketchup???? Is it coming out of the workers checks? Even after asking for some only get 2 packets…shits annoying.

It is September 16th, 10:22 AM, after 5 mins standing on the drive thru no one ever greeted or took my order. So I decided to leave, the first thing I see is the drive thru man eating in front of his computer. Of course he deserves to have some breakfast but at the expenses of the customers experience. This is mediocre management at its finest.
Fast food managers complain they can’t hire enough staff because they are slow, of course you’re slow on business, your customers are not been served, the worst part is, despite the great location this Wendy’s is ALWAYS empty and now I know why.

Ordered food 2 sets of chicken one child's meal n another adults n have me one sauce and old six fries in kids meal. When asked for a spicy sauce they wanted to charge me. Please I only have us one. To top it off it was a manager at window. No wonder these place go out of business. Poor poor people if u hate customers don't work in this kind of establishment!

i order double cheese burger, when i arrive home it's a single patty, dissapointed
We had an awful experience on Thursday and when we got home, our order was wrong. I called today and spoke with the general manager, Rebecca and she was very rude, she kept cutting me off when I was talking and then hung up the phone on me! When I called back, she would pick up the phone and immediately hang up again, this person has no business representing Wendy’s. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. No one wanted to take my order at front counter. They all told me I could take my own order at the kiosk….ingo to the kiosk….the Texas double cheeseburger biggie bag isn’t on the kiosk menu…I come back to front counter and tell them about it. All the say is “you can go through the drive thru if you want” and walk away like I’m an inconvenience. I walked out. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from Wendy’s. Oh and the manager was in the back room not wanting to deal with any of it. I wished them luck and walked out. I’m still blown away.
