Night shift…… horrible food never fresh nor the employees customer service trash ! How you mad a paying customer want fresh food??? Just throw the whole store away & start over

Worst wendys i ever been too been there a couple a times enough to never go back. The drive through takes long even when there's no one in line the food is always cold and they always mess up the orders even if you go inside

Every time I come to this Wendy’s location The doors are always locked. It says they open at 6:30 but they usually don’t open the doors till about 7:30 and you can see workers in there and they will just l look at you as you try to speak to them through the drive-through window.

Went in for some lunch, decided to go in versus the drive through.. big mistake ended up waiting over 30 minutes. Didn’t even get our food. Had to request a refund. Another lady ordered before us and she still hadn’t even received her food when she asked the manager what was going on the manager out right told her that the drive through was more important and that they were on a timer so when you dine in you come last and was full on yelling at this lady who was just trying to figure out why she hadn’t gotten her food that she ordered over 30 mins ago… I saw 4 customers walk in and walk out because no one talked to them

I just went through drive thru, and had to wait extra for my order which is fine, it was a big order that I paid 69$ for. They forgot my 2 of my fries and sauce for the nuggets that I didn't realize until I got home. I went back up there to get my fries that they forgot, and they made a big deal about it. All I wanted was the food they forgot and they wanted to see the bag like that's going to prove anything. They refused to give me my fries and sauce and banned me from the store, and called the police on me like it's my fault they messed up. Ridiculous! This is the worst service I've ever experienced especially over two small fries. Fire the entire day shift for this craziness and hire people with common sense.

They messed up my order and I came up there to get my stuff. They didn't give me the items they failed to give me the first time and was extremely rude about it. I brought the receipt and they still didn't give me my food I paid for. If I could do zero stars I would because this place is trash.

The employees are so disrespectful and are quick to call the police on you when you don’t allow that disrespect, they left some items out of my bag and basically refused to replace the items don’t go to this Wendy’s since they genuinely do not want customers.

Absolutely unacceptable. Wendy's managed to turn a missing order of fries(where there was a video call of the bags being showninto a full-blown incident where the police were called instead of someone simply fixing their mistake. No manager would show their face, and no one would give their name, which says everything about the lack of accountability at this location. This was incompetent, humiliating, and completely unnecessary. If this is how they handle a basic error, they don't deserve customers. I will never return.

I walk in and there is no one behind the counter. I stand there waiting for someone to come around the corner, and the manager eventually does. She acts like I'm inconveniencing her and tells me to order at the kiosk. I do so, and then I sit down. The only employee seemingly doing anything in the kitchen talks over the headset and then someone else comes to make the sandwich. Then she says loudly enough for me to hear that I need to watch my face and stop staring at her like it is her fault. I was just waiting for my food. At least the food was fresh.

They burger is dry. Potato’s taste old and sat for hours with a brown tint to them. Always out of something. Service is served with resting faces, no smiles, barely any acknowledgement that you are even there.

Overall, I like Wendy's. However, if you love Wendy's salads, drive right on past this location. They are notorious for being out of the apple pecan salad. I get it to occasionally be out of something, but this location has surpassed the amount of times that's acceptable.

Very unperfessional even lower then mcdonalds went in to get my kids some food and dine in. Then the guy at the counter asked if I can order at the self serve kiosk then I told I would of done that if the machines worked they weren't in working order. Then he told to go threw the drive thru umm why not sure if he didn't just want to take my order or what was going on. never again
