By far the best Wendy's experience I’ve had. The restaurant was clean and up to date. The ordering kiosk was easy to navigate. My food was HOT & FRESH and the service was QUICK. This location has a decent patio which was also clean. They had lovely Christmas music playing. It was just a great experience in general. I wish ALL locations were this nice!

Asked for no pickles on my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Deluxe. Of course the esteemed, illiterate, employees here decided to put pickles on my sandwich. I always have a problem at this location. Ordered a sour cream and chives potato, received the potato with chives, and no sour cream or butter. Everyone here always has an attitude, and are very unprofessional. Here's an idea, if you don't like your job, QUIT!!! This is literally the worst Wendy's in DFW. Please eat somewhere else, or find a different one.

This is the slowest Wendy's I have seen, especially with online orders. You'd think they would have it ready if placed 20 minutes earlier but according to this location they don't start working on them until you go through the drive thru and state your name. Always a 7 minute plus wait time regardless of online or in person orders regardless of how early you place it.

Trash. Asked for no tomatoes...night lady huffs and puffs like a child. Literally takes my chicken patty and puts it on another bun...wraps it...and gives it to another customer in the druve thru after ive had my own hands in it and proceeds to make mine incorrect again. Tried telling the whole damn staff that was nasty so im sorry to whoever got that sandwich.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich with no lettuce and tomato. The staff was nice and friendly but my sandwich came with both lettuce and tomato on it, which was fine I just took them off, but as I’m biting into my sandwich it’s VERY chewy all the way through the entire sandwich so I feel like it was VERY undercooked and now I’m not feeling too well after the bite I had taken. I ended up throwing it out, not even my boyfriend would eat this sandwich. It was inedible sandwich. This was my dinner and all I had were the small fries with my drink. I mean I work at Pizza Hut so I know how long chicken should be cooked.

Rude employees. Stay cussing and yelling at customers for asking them to correct the order they messed up. Even going as far as threatening the customers. Just make the extra trip and go to another wendy’s.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is nasty and the management is so disrespectful. Not to mention I lost my Job because the general manager is so unprofessional and makes up rumors about her employees and gossips to minors about managers. I have the screenshots too for proof.

I want to say I’m super impressed with the service at this Wendy’s! I don’t really come to Wendy’s much unless for a frosty once in a while or today for the krabby patty meal, but davion and nick have served me the last 2-3 times Iv stopped by and have to say they have amazing customer service and are a asset to this location! As a manager myself these guys deserve major praise on their service and work attitude and should get a raise or be considered for a promotion!! Thank you Wendy’s on white settlement

Look I’m not one to complain especially eating at a fast food joint. It’s fast food the workers don’t wanna be there, I get it. I wanted to try the SpongeBob meal and surprise surprise… total disappointment but that wasn’t just the case. The burger was so soggy and tasted old. Ordered the parmesan nuggets and same but SWIMMING in oil. We dabbed it off even the napkin dripped oil. Over all it was nasty af. Honestly you’d better off eating anywhere else

Me and my family ordered tonight . Service was terrible. They had 3 girls inside just standing around not wanting to work playing on phone and making the guy working do everything. Our food was cold also was missing a chicken sandwich upgraded tw0 orders to large fries but all we got was large boxes half full so a small all soggy and cold .this was the worst experience at this location the night shift needs a whole new couching on how to work .props to the guy that was the only one working. 3 girls need firing .if manger is reading this review watch the cameras you'll see 3 of them barley working getting paid to talk . We will not be going back at night . During the day they are on point and have an excellent team I always complement them how great and clean they keep it inside. But sadly tonight was just awful.

So, I just left that location not ordering food because I thought I had left my card at home. That’s besides the point. The guy attempting to take my order was extremely rude. I had said my order three times as loud as possible and each time he kept saying “can you say it louder?” I say it one more time as it’s labeled on the menu and, with an attitude says “oh you mean a Texas Double.” I kept saying $6 Texas Biggie Bag, as it’s labeled. He says “You’re going to have to be specific.” I told him once again “$6 Texas Biggie Bag.” I basically had to point it out. I try to keep my patience at places like that. I know they’re hard workers, working for little pay. I just wish they would be a little patient with me.
