Thr chili was great

If I could give zero I would! We pulled up to the drive thru to order food and no one would help us. We know they were open because there were cars in front of us and behind us that they helped. We sat and waited for about 5 mins and everyone in front of us paid and got their food. This is what lazy $17 an hour looks like!

Out of a lot of itemsThe computer order screen as you walk in the door is a bit confusing to use at first, but it makes it easy to order without standing in line. I ordered chicken nuggets with large fries and a large drink. I made a mistake hitting spicy nuggets instead of regular, so I asked the lady to fix it and she did. I then got my food and when I went to get a drink I found out the ice and Dr Pepper were out. I tried to get ketchup for my food, but that didn’t work either so I went to the front and the lady said they had ice, Dr Pepper and ketchup in the back. So I ended up getting everything I was looking for and got to enjoy the meal.

Food literally took 35 minutes to get to us. Most dysfunctional mess of a wendys ive ever seen. I worked at wendys when i was 16 and i can tell you its not this hard. Order was incorrect but i didnt want to have them fix it in fear of waiting another half hour. 10/10 WILL NOT go back here its a waste ill go sit at a nice dine in for 30 minutes and get way better food

the chili and the bacon Junior cheeseburger was actually really good at this Wendy's. but I paid for cheese on the chili it cost me $0.60 and I didn't get it. when you're going to charge this much for fast food,I should get everything that I asked for. $10 for a drink cheeseburger and chili. 8 more dollars I could have got fajitas at a sit-down restaurant. . also didn't get a receipt. phone at this place just rings never an answer. anyway good taste just missing the details. chili sucks without cheese:-) judging by the reviews I just read it looks like it's a consistent ,maybe they need a new manager. I'll call and ask I need a job

The large chilli I got is 90% broth no substance, no receipt was given and took 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars including me.Very unhappy. Tried called and the phone rings for a few then ends because there is no voicemail set up.This one is getting worse and worse the longer it is open.

I placed an online mobile order for breakfast and the restaurant wasn't open when I had been a few times before at the same time. I saw the lights were on, there was a car in the parking lot, but no one answered at the drive thru speaker and no one was at the window. The doors were locked too. Maybe they changed hours and didn't tell anyone or update the app? I saw a few cars behind me try the same thing with no luck.

I been have to this Wendy's before in White Settlement , it's always been bad. Thought I'd try again bad again French fries are old...I guess they been sitting for awhile. And the Chili had hardly any to no meat in it...and onions was not cut up. Worst Wendy's ever...get some new Management or new employees someone or everyone does care about the service at this Wendy's...

I ordered 30$ of food and was missing my main sandwich. I called and got hung up on. When when I went to the restaurant they all stared at me like I was an alien. I went home and realized they were missing items and called. The woman who picked up said they don't know what they can do, I asked to be transferred to a manager and she hung up on me. I drove back to the restaurant and the manager wouldn't even talk to me. I requested a new order fresh and I got cold fries and the entire order was wrong. I didn't get my extra condiments on my burgers and my fries weren't fresh. The manager wouldn't even talk to me and the employees stared at me like I WAS WRONG. I'll never go back to this establishment, I usually go 2-3x a week for lunch. Extremely dissatisfied with the food and service. DO BETTER!
