This is the most disgusting experience of my life to go into the drive-through and to be served cold old burger .and then when I asked to have my burgers made fresh the woman in the drive-through pick up the trash can and asked me to throw the burgers away, which is skeptical anyways .Then they made me wait after they came back to the car and brought me reheated burgers that they retrieved from the trash. I was not about to argue with these unexperienced workers who do not need to be serving any person food, people work too hard for their money to give to these companies that want to hire people who do not want to show up and do their job. This is not fair to the community. I stopped eating Wendy’s when I was in the seventh grade Because I got food poisoning. I have not eaten at this restaurant in many years and now I see why I’m not going to argue with lazy workers but what I will do is report this to corporate and because people can get Food poisoning from this type of mistreatment They clearly hired team members that are not trained in safety food hazards because if they were that would’ve never been done by someone who cares about their job and if someone does not care about their job, they definitely do not need to be feeding a nation. I will contact corporate and I will contact the Better Business Bureau to receive my money back. I am Chef and I will not ever eat or spend my money at such low level places again this will also be reported to the health department. People it is just safer for us to eat at home and cook our meals.

I ordered 20 minutes before I got to the restaurant and was told I would have to wait for my order. Only to receive my order missing 18 nuggets from my order of 50 regular nuggets. My order was not fresh and staff were unprofessional. You could hear all the smart remarks on from the drive through speaker.

Seem to be unorganized, not sure if bad day or Management don't run a tight ship. I waited behind someone and they gave the order in sections vs all at once, she was given items 5 different times. Then I still had to be pulled up and wait because food wasn't ready. The cashier wasn't not friendly, but whomever was guiding him was kinda rude when asked how long for wait.

This Wandas is horrible. I ordered some biscuts in the drive thru around 9am. They literally took 15min to serve me. I noticed everytime i took a bite of the egg it was crunchy. I looked closer and it was egg shells. NASTY. Not just on 1 but all of them. Another time i had gone about a year ago. They literally were smoking by the door and there was nobody inside. Needless to say. I no longer care what promos they put but never going back to WANDAS
