Typical of a fast food joint when the big bosses are gone— they were lacking in service, quality, and speed. Our food wasn’t all that fresh even though we sat at the window waiting quite a long time. The guy working the headset and window was great though. In fact, part of my issue was that he was running around getting everything done while his coworkers chose to either stand around or do their tasks in sloth mode.
It really would be great if higher bosses would either randomly show up or even better, send their friends and family at random times and report back to them. Kind of like a secret shopper only honest and not someone just looking for a free meal and a payout.
Every morning when I want to get breakfast from this location they tell me the servers are down I just want some food it’s happened multiple times 😔

We went last Saturday through the drive through and the young lady on the speaker literally just said “what do you want” I tried to be polite and asked her how was her day and she responded with “what are you going order?” As soon as I got to the window she gave us an ugly look and she was being mean to another gentleman that was there next to you.

This Wendy’s is never great with their service, but I’ve learned that sometimes that’s just how it is but yesterday took the cake! Went through the drive-through with a very long line, I know that’s telling but my grandson wanted Wendy’s… The miserable being that took our order asked us to pull up to the front. Since I knew it was going to be a minute I asked if they could ring me up one more item since I was going to be waiting and they said no they can’t take an order at the window …. he didn’t tell me that someone else had to because he seemed mad at life . Anyways we pull around and wait and wait and wait… So we pull into the driveway where the regular parking is and wait . I see other cars come and go and we’re about 15 mins in and I finally send my grandson in and he said they haven’t made it yet. I waited a couple of minutes and decide that I’m done and I would just like a refund so I take our drink back in and the guy at the front says we usually want you to wait in front of the store and I said we already did and y’all still don’t have our food. I said I sent my grandson in and he came back with nothing so it’s not like y’all were out there walking around looking for us because our food has not been made ! I asked for a refund and it takes forever, but the manager finally comes over and it took her forever to get my refund and I’m not really sure why… Now she was nice and she looked very lost there. I don’t know what the deal was. But as I was waiting for my money back, she said well you’re lucky at least you got your money back ?? I’m thinking what the hell does that even mean but whatever anyways horrible horrible horrible service ! Oh and the same miserable being that took my order also dropped the fry/ chicken strip holders on the floor , picked them back up in the fry area to be used again… I told the manager and she did nothing about it , lovely .

SLOW! Three burgers and fries should not take 25 min to make. Fries are cold and not even full. Never got our receipt. They asked us to move up so others behind us could be helped. Three cars left before my husband went inside. He says the people were inside just looking at the screens not moving. What a waste of time and money.

Very short handed
Ordered on the app for this location to dine in and the doors to the restaurant were locked up. Why are they taking dine in orders when the doors are locked?;

DO NOT GO HERE!! No matter how low your expectations, you will be disappointed. Beyond mismanaged. Corporate office should intercede before goes out of business.

Lady forced me to pay for a large meal bc that’s the only cup size she had. Then she spilled it all over my car due to not putting the lid on. Food was cold. She’s not happy to be there.

I had gotten a junior bacon cheeseburger meal and when I had paid, I had asked for extra condiments and the guy tells me all of a sudden I have to pay for extra condiments so did this barely just start today because I came here two weeks ago and they didn’t say that

The “GM” said ¢50 for a ranch then said ¢25 cents for the ranch. Things I do not want to hear in the morning picking up breakfast or at any time. I felt scammed and won’t go to that location again. I will go to another Wendy’s and put it record just to make sure if I get charged for the ranch or not.
