We pull into the drive thru about 10:40am . We sit there over a minute before I said hello. I got “Give me a minute.” No please. I wait another minute and “I can take your order.” No apology about the wait. I order 4 sausage biscuits and before I could continue my order I was cut off. “Let me check if we got sausage biscuits. “ I got one.” I apologize and thank them and pull on through and went to McDonald’s.If I had arrived a couple of minutes before the end of breakfast I would have understood but there was no reason at this time to be out. At least give me the option to wait while you make some fresh.Poor customer service and not having what is on a video menu board is unacceptable.

This place has issues. The manager is so rude. So that can just let you know right there how the employees are. Not all of them but the majority. They are slow and they mess up the orders, over charge and not apologetic about it at all. If you complain we'll the manager acts as if your wasting her time she don't care. I would not recommend this Wendy's.

So satisfied I left without my food. It's overpriced and not worth the wait or attitude I have to put up with to get it!!! Enough said.BTW, has anyone else noticed how bad the Corporate Greed has gotten at all the fast food places???? It's obsurd and laughable.

Food fresh and excellent. Gentlemen taking drive order was friendly and professional. Young lady processing order came to window with Big smile . Nothing like the horrible Wendy’s on Sycamore and Crowley road .

Healthy eating is expensive!! A salad cost about $10 bucks and No drink. A burger, fries ? and drink costs around $8.99. I think it backwards ¿Parking: Parking is a little tight due to lunch rush hour.

They were very busy when I went through the drive thru so it took longer than usual for them to get my food out to me. The staff at this location is very professional & polite. They really do a great job!

Outrageous!!! Ordered 2 large chili's and they had about a tablespoon of meat between the 2 of them. Mine had about 5 beans. Paid 1.20 for them to add about 1 teaspoon of cheddar cheese to each. Wendy's used to have wonderful chili... what a shame!!! It was just a large cup of soup.

This store has the worst customer service ever. I called to speak to Esmeralda the store Manager to let her know about my bad experience and by surprise she hung up in my face then took the phone off the hook so I could not call back . I now understand why this location employees are bad with customer service look at their leader she herself has bad customer service. Never go to this location if you want cold food and the store manager hang up on you if you make a complaint

Wendy's used to be one of the better places for a fast cheap burger. The buns were sweet, the meat was fresh, the mayo and mustard was balanced and nice. But it has fallen from grace and become pretty standard and way expensive for what you get.

Just went to drive through and ordered a large lemonade and a medium chocolate frosty well the guy got my order all wrong so the lady who gave me the drink we seen it was not right so we left it alone then seen the frosty was a pumpkin frost not what I ordered and we told the lady it was wrong well the guy took our order all wrong so the lady said what’s wrong I said everything was wrong but it’s fine she said no let me fix it for you so we told her just to change the frosty to chocolate and she did and I thank you for being polite and good customer service her name was Bobby.
