I feel sorry for the folks working at this location. Everybody in there is stone faced and stoic and looks, depressed, stressed, and traumatized. 🥺 EVERY SINGLE TIME.
I typically go to Eastchase because Eastchase must get paid a little extra or something. Feels like something out of the twilight zone Everytime I go to John T White/Bridge location.
I really stop going a while back because every time I would order lemonade with a kids meal the woman at the drive-thru window would swerve and down that the strawberry lemonade It was not for kids and that it was for adults. She would halfway argue me that the fruit punch that she tried to push out the window to me was the correct drink. I've literally had to show her the actual picture on the app where strawberry lemonade is an option for kids as I order the same thing everywhere that I go I just click on the same order as before and repeat it.
Anyway Eastchase is better or has been for the last few months for me so that's where I'll return

I'm making this review as a dasher, I usually don't have issues with this Wendy's but today was different, I had 2 orders there today the guy behind the register seemed new. Nonetheless, as I was grabbing the orders, I didnt receive the receipt for either orders, neither did a get a indication on who order was who's unfortunately, he basically handed me the orders and said goodluck, I tried communicating the issue before i left and he seemed very confused and impatient, very rude, with that being said I did end up delivering the wrong orders to the wrong customers, he couldn't compromise with my issue and made my whole incident a lot more awkward then it need to be

❌ Zero Stars If I Could: Denied Service and Ridiculous Policy
Absolutely terrible experience. I wish I could give this location zero stars. When did Wendy's stop taking basic orders? I went through the drive-thru and was immediately asked if I had a mobile or DoorDash order. When I said no, the attendant flat-out told me that's *all* they were accepting.
Seriously? You're running a fast-food drive-thru and refusing to take orders from customers who drove up? This is an absurd policy. Are you actively trying to lose business? What's the point of having a drive-thru if you won't take regular customers? This location is poorly managed and clearly prioritizes delivery apps over actual paying customers standing right in front of them. **Don't waste your time driving here** unless you enjoy being turned away at the speaker. I took my business elsewhere and won't be returning until they figure out how to operate a basic restaurant.

Ordered Daves triple which has cheese in the photo. I also ordered extra cheese. I got a sloppy burger i couldnt even hold with two hands with no cheese. I had to use my own and youbcharged me for extra cheese on the receipt. Absolutely disgusting. I dont eat fast food often so the calories and the food were not worth it. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Customer service was phenomenal, can't remember the young lady's name just remember started the letter C ( I misplaced my receipt) 😊she went over and Beyond to make me and my grandchildren happy with my order which was very confusing she kept a smile she's a great customer service front end person she knows who she is we were in the restaurant on Thursday November 6th around noon.

Ran through drive-thru for lunch. Was pleasantly surprised how friendly and customer service-oriented the young lady at the drive-through window was.

They not taking orders and its only 11p.m they dint want to work

Do not get a coffee drink here! They taste sour and aren't made properly! They will park you for small orders and forget which car you're in! Even if you place a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time it will not be ready in time and you will still be parked for a minimum of 10-15 minutes. Beware of the managers here that will not communicate with you or be willing to give you a refund upon return of the order. While the rest of the crew is running muck, the manager was cleaning the doors and windows. I went back in to have them remake the drinks and each time it was made incorrectly and not up to standards with other Wendy's locations. It tasted revolting like the milk was spoiled or the coffee was days old. If you go through the drive thru you will think there are 3 employees max, working inside. However there are at least 7 in there and are extremely unorganized. Very disappointed in this location and will not be returning.

The absolute worse experience. Ordered and paid for double combo and yes...got single. Fries cold and no flavor in soda just carbonated water and color. Training needs to take place as well, 1.1/10.

We have tried multiple times with this Wendy's since it is the closest location to us, but they ALWAYS mess up our food. They have never ONCE gotten our entire order or gotten it right. There is always an entire item missing from our order WITHOUT FAIL. Not to mention they always forget our sauces. If you want Wendy's, DO NOT GET IT HERE

32yrs of life, first time I left a place after waiting 10+ minutes, being the only one in line, to place my order while staff look at me like none of them know how a cash register works 😆
