Called up to the restaurant ask for a manager just to get told “I’m sorry we’re too busy have to hang up” and proceeded to hang up on us… like excuse me??? That’s extremely unprofessional!! We want a refund!

Upon meeting the main manager, I was met withhostility. There's a severe lack of leadership in thisplace. I've been to this place for 20 yrs or more butit's gone downhill. No lobby open to the public.Themgr is confrontational. No teaching, training ormotivating the workers. No ethical practices. No Iwon't be supporting this restaurant until there'schanges for the better by hiring general managerswho take care of their employees and giveopportunities to better themselves.

Greasy floor. Like really slick lol. Service not the happiest. Food is Wendys fault, just feels like I'm eating a school cafeteria burger. 3 stars so I don't drop the rating too much based a franchise's menu. But the floor and sad service made me say 3. Oh and to the contractor who screwed this poor business owner and left tiles falling off the building. Shame on you. I'm gonna give 4 stars now.

I stopped off here to grab a quick bite to eat while traveling down I-20. I thought it was going to be quick, like fast food is supposed to be. It actually took about 20 minutes for them to bring it out the food. I was tired and tried to remain calm. When I finally got the chicken sandwich and fries, it was hot, and that's the only good thing I could say about it. The sandwich was soggy with too much runny mayo, sloppily pur together, the fries were burnt to a crisp. I literally threw it out after one bite grrrr

Well stopped for lunch yesterday and well to say the least the customer service was excellent. Everyone that worked there from the cashier to the guys preparing my food were all very kind and very pleasant. I guess being in other fastfood places its something that is lacking but in this Wendy's it wasn't. I really like writing good reviews for places, way better then just negative stuff. Anyway the staff was great and when im in the mood for Wendy's again I'll definitely come back. Thanks to the staff for everything and the excellent customer service I really appreciate it i hope yall see this and know we appreciate yall!
