After giving this Wendy’s several opportunities they have continued time and time again to prove extremely disappointing. First let’s start with the attitudes from almost every single employee there, and I’ve met most of them all already, extremely poor attitude Every. Single. Time! They never once asked anything from the drive through speakers they let the auto message greet you, you can sit there for 10-15 mins and they don’t even care unless you ask for them through the speaker to even start an order. They are always extremely rude like they hate being there, and it shows greatly that they are only there for clock in and out. Every time I pull through someone’s just sitting in their phone not giving a care in the world what’s going on around them. Always rude and dismissive through the drive through handoffs. Several times they would not even tell me how much my order would cost, like it’s a problem. Just give me the money one of the gentlemen said to me before, like dude seriously? They treat anybody that is not African American poorly, I’ve seen it happen in front of me inside the store several times and it’s truly disgusting behavior. Now let’s move on to the food, it’s always extremely poor quality, I’ve had sandwiches lunch and breakfast that were literally dripping oil and grease from the packaging and soaked brown bags. Warm drinks, cold food, even had hair inside my food THREE TIMES. Always a problem to even get anything resolved there. Undercooked fries cold and unsalted, cold cheese and queso, I just don’t understand why nobody even cares to do their job correctly. It’s a surprise every time I go there nobody is line anymore, the franchisee and the management should be extremely concerned and embarrassed for the way they have the team and restaurant running. I will never be returning and rather choose three of the other surrounding Wendy’s instead. Get your stuff together people before you lose your business. You are creating an extreme disservice to your community. Get better. Do better. God bless.

12am absolutly terrible customer servive. Food was ALL old and dry. Three cars, THREE were all done wrong and wanted refunds and fresh food. Its sad when you have to return and 2 other cars returning food are there with you. Not to mention the employees only accepted cash! Hire better Wendys.

This place takes so long, even if you’re the only person in the drive through, or lobby. Every single person that takes orders is always VERY rude. They catch an attitude and seem like they absolutely hate their jobs. I never seen one of them smile, or even correctly get an order out. How can you work somehwre and act like it’s an inconvenience to serve customers.

Disgusting. I asked for fresh food & 2 dipping sauce. The drive thru person was so high & ignorant. The food was not fresh & they also had no ice at all in my drinks.

Fri 730pm. Ordered inside. Only person in lobby. Over 15 min to get order. Five employees and 4 of them were using nonstop profanity. I did speak with Juan the manager. Is this acceptable?

They gave the wrong order and we were the only people here?? You could tell the worker (big yt guy) did not want to be there and had no gloves on. He barely gave me any fries (see picture I did NOT eat any yet) I asked for spicy nuggets, got regular, asked for ranch and ketchup and got 1 singular bbq sauce ? Like how do you mess that up. Don’t come here I drive 15 mins to waste my money on this food. Other guy working the window (blk guy w dreads) was chill.

I started to notice some red flags and this place felt like a depressed dump. Service was not good as well as them not getting our orders done properly. I sense the employer didn't want to do his job. I felt in the way I was treated poorly with and felt not much of a good welcome.
