I was just here today. No one was wearing gloves. They are not food safety certified it was gross. They made food and didn't wash there hands

There was a fry (and other solid bits), not my fry, in the BOTTOM of my undrank Frosty!
But otherwise, you know, typical fast-food experience. Actually, they were really nice and gave me plenty of condiments - which seems like a hassle at places nowadays... like, do they think fast-food is delicious and to be savored? Anyway. 3 out of 5 ain't bad imo.

I came thru the drive thru tonight to get 2 fuego meals. We paid 43 dollars in total for extra frostys and such but got home and opened the bags to have none of our ordered stuff. We waited 10 minutes until the worker actually took our order in the drive thru then we waited forever for the WRONG FOOD. I’m actually pissed and they aren’t answering the store phone

First and foremost, James ( Manager) was such a delight! He took my order in the drive thru and was very kind and professional! When I pulled up to the window to pay he was very well put together along with having such grace and politeness. I wanted to reach out so he can be recognized, it’s nice to see that the fast food industry still has it together.

This is the (WORST) restraunt ever came around the window 3 times because 1 my fries was thrown in the fryer twice was not fresh 2 I forgot to add something to my order the girl at the window had a attitude called us all types of BEES my burger was bitten into it by the employees and they where on their phone what I seen the girl screaming at them telling them to get off their phone the girl said she was gonna get off at 2:30 she said she was gonna come outside and be about that life in her own voice I went home hungry worst customer experience CHECK y'all's CAMERAS MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE INVOLVED IMMEDIATELY JUNE 1 ,2025 girl at the window said she gets off at 2:30

I’ve ordered through the drive thru a few times and what you order vs what you receive are ever right. Sometimes they just don’t even include it. Sometimes they just give you whatever they think you should eat instead of your order. I totally understand making a mistake, but this is the fourth time half my order has been forgotten. I don’t understand, do we need a hearing test? Vision test? Or are the brain cells just not holding hands? If I could give you guys zero stars I absolutely would. How you guys have the three is BEYOND me.

Refused to refund my money after give old chicken nuggets and fries... the store manager stated she not authorized to give refund... but they can send out old food out of a dirty kitchen...
