West Jax Cigar & Spirits is a hidden gem! We had an amazing time here. The drinks were top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect—a great mix of laid-back and vibrant. The vibe is just what you want when you’re looking to unwind, and the customer service was exceptional. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a great night out!

This is hands down the best cigar lounge in the metroplex. Jay and Brittany are phenomenal. Their customer service is TOP TIER, world class customer service. They are very innovative and ever evolving, always coming up with new ideas to keep their clientele engaged and interested in coming out. They are also very supportive and constantly allow small business owners to showcase their business ventures, whether it be food vendors or cigar brands.

Black owned cigar lounge...WELL DONE!!! If you don't smoke, this place is well ventilated you couldn't even tell there were so many people smoking cigars.
I do not smoke cigars, but this will be my husband and I's new date night spot. Gin, was AWESOME and suggested a good mixer for the hookah (Kiwi & Strawberry) amazing taste. The seating is comfy and laid back and an amazing live band setting the vibe. Went on a Friday night a little before 8. Perfect spot. The only negative thing I found about this location was parking. Parking spaces are limited and you'll have to park on the street in the neighborhood or across the street in another parking lot. Besides the parking this is really a nice spot. I wish I could have had my 50th party here.

This place is very nice and chill. The waitresses are friendly. My friend and I went there Friday night for a drink and hookah. I had already been warned by several people not to use my credit/debit card due to double charging etc., so we made sure to have plenty of cash. Our bill for 2 drinks and hookah came to $81 which included 15% gratuity. We gave the waitress $85 as soon as we got the drinks and hookah. Cool, right! 1.5 hours later we finished and headed out the door, the owner proceeds to follow us out the door and ask, "were we leaving", we both said, "yes". Then he asks, "did you guys pay your tab"?. First off before you follow a customer outside and ask if they paid the tab, ask the wait staff first! He wasn't mean but in my opinion that was unprofessional. I will definitely go back but will make an announcement to everyone in the place that my tab has been paid and please don't follow me outside.

Best place to go to catch a vibe, listen to stories of friends and strangers, and the back patio is a great place to present or have a night with your friends and family smoking a nice cigar with an old fashion.

When I tell you this is my new cigar lounge when visiting Fort Worth???????? Honey this is it. Gin, yes her name is Gin, makes a mean Makers and Giner beer. The seating is comfy and laid back. Amazing live band and the house was rockin' . Went on a Friday about 7p did some hookah kiwi strawberry flavor. Perfect.
The place is very small. You'll need reservations if you want a seat. The staff was not very accommodating.
