We had a great server. Food was good. Coffee was good. Other customers assured us, they've never had a bad meal there when they overheard us mention it was our 1st time in. Cool old school atmosphere. Nothing fancy, just nice and comfy.
I dropped by for lunch, and it was their typical; great. I'd be disappointed if it was anything else, here. I didn't want the special, meatloaf, so I opted for the hamburger steak, with grilled onions and gravy, glazed carrots and squash casserole on the side. Filled me up! Way better than fast food. If you already didn't know this place is good, the always-full parking lot should provide a clue. If you eat here once, you'll be back, again. Mom would have liked...
Really good locally owned diner. I have never had anything except breakfast. The family says that their specials are good, and that their soup is excellent.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors can be a bit tricky in a wheelchair if you are solo. There is always someone to help hold the doors.
Ramps are adequate. Parking is along the entire side of the building. Most weekends the handicapped parking is full. If you can, park further out. Save the spaces...
